Description of Work: Overall I was satisfied with the work completed. However I felt pressured by the technician to replace my furnance. While the unit is older it is in good working condition and well cared for. I was a little taken aback with the abrupt nature of the technician in regards to the age of the furnance and the need to replace it.

Description of Work: After purchasing the Groupon, I called, had to leave a message initially as I called after normal business hours. I was contacted surprising quickly and an appointment was set up 1/11/16 for service. Kurt, the service tech came out and completed the 22 point inspection on my boiler. He was very professional and very thorough with his inspection. I will definitely use Burhardt Heating & A/C again. The entire process was outstanding. I have too give major kudos to Kurt. He was very personable and friendly.
