it was great, the technician called to check on the warranty status of the blower and discovered it was still under warranty saving us lots of $$

Burkhardt was very professional and on time. Everything went real well. We had two furnace switches replaced last year by
another provider who put one of the wires or hoses on backwards but Burkhardt noticed this and made the adjustment that was
needed. I will use them again especially after the incidenance with the wires or hoses. I would recommend them The cost was
reasonable for what we needed.

Thorough and professional - walked me through all the inner workings of the furnace, gave
tons of information and advice on both maintenance and system improvements.
Helped set our mind at ease a bit in our new (to us) house with a decidedly NOT new heating system
and gave us realistic advice and timelines for maintaining and upgrading our heating/cooling systems.
We will definitely be using Burkhardt for our HVAC needs in the future!

They sent an email to me to call and schedule an appointment. I called and made an appointment and they scheduled it within a 3 hour window. They called me the day before for a reminder. I called them the day of my appointment and asked if they could call me 1/2 hour before they would get to my house, which they did so I could just meet them there from work.
He was very professional and showed me the issues I had and told me how to try and avoid these issues.
I am definitely going to call them back in spring for my air conditioner inspection.
