IT WENT VERY WELL. VERY PROFESSIONAL ALL THE WAY.

We had some ants crawling on our walls, so we put some traps down and figured that would take care of it. A few days later, it was out of control with ants crawling around in my kitchen cabinets. I freaked out and started calling people from Angie's list at 8:30 pm on a Sunday. Wayne answered and talked to me for a while. He showed up the next morning and even called his son in to help pry an old, ornery air conditioner out of the wall so he could spray really well. He was fast, efficient and really nice. Would definitely recommend and use again!

They provided good service for us and we were very pleased. They were very effective in getting rid of our ants. I would give them an A rating.

We own a duplex in which we rent out the bottom unit and live in the upper. I had seen no signs of bugs in my home for the 2 years since I had owned it at the time of service. Soon after some new tenants moved in we started to see a roach here and there in our kitchen. At first it was maybe just one per week, but soon we started to see two to three per day. Bugstoppers was the first and only place I called. The pricing was very reasonable and the guy who came to quote me was very polite so I went ahead with the treatment. He gave me a few days to box up everything that was in our cabinets, under the sink and around the walls so they would have an easier time. On my appointment day they were very quick. It was so simple and quick I was actually worried the treatment wouldn't work. Afterwards they placed maybe 20 traps in each unit and in the basement. They scheduled and appointment to come check the traps every week for a few weeks at no additional charge. They guy who came to check the traps was quick but thorough, in and out. They stopped checking the traps after 3 weeks when they found nothing. I took this long to write a review because I wanted to see the long-term results. I am happy to say that since our treatment in September of 2011 (as of now it is almost May 2012) we have not seen a single roach out or in the traps, nor have we seen any other signs of roaches. I have since removed the old traps and placed new ones in some other spots to make sure and haven't found anything in my own traps either. They offer quarterly quick-treatments for future roach prevention and we will most likely take them up on that this Summer. Overall, I would highly recommend Bugstoppers for roach removal. I can't come up with a single negative comment about their work!

Bug Stoppers is an outstanding pest control company! We couldn't be more happy with his prompt, courteous and professional service!! We had been seeing yellow jackets in the house occasionally for the past week (1 or 2 per day). We thought they came in when we let the dogs outside or back in. Then while cleaning I heard the blinds on our living room bay window moving (and the window was closed and there were no drafts). I found approximately 40 yellow jackets swarming between the blinds and the window. My husband and I were able to kill all the ones inside...and then we went outside to see where the yellow jackets were flying in. I looked on Angie's List and called several exterminators but most didn't work on Saturdays even when I explained that I had 40 yellow jackets INSIDE my house! I finally called Bug Stoppers and Wayne said he could be there within an hour!!! He arrived promptly, assessed the situation, found the nest which was inside our block wall foundation, and listened to the walls around the bay window. He checked the basement two or three times to ensure that none were coming in the house down there. The he got on his bee suit and applied the pesticide dust inside the nest and explained that all the yellow jackets will be dead within 24 hours. He listened to the walls again for signs of commotion in the nest. He told us if we saw any more yellow jackets inside or outside to call him right away as he guarantees his service. Wayne was so courteous and professional, and he came out so quickly (within an hour on a Saturday) all the way from Milwaukee to where we live in West Bend. He took care of our yellow jacket problem right away. I would HIGHLY recommend Bug Stoppers! We will definitely be hiring Wayne to come out in spring for prevention work as well as any other pest control.

Bug-Stoppers is another fantastic Angie's List find. The gentlemen was prompt, courteous and efficient. He explained in detail what the problem areas were and suggested several ways to help prevent (or at least slow) the return of these critters in the future. It's a joy to step outside and not have to dodge all the wasps that we had. We have a hummingbird feeder which would have about an inch of dead ants in it each day. Since the application, the water has remained clear. Also am pleased to report that the cost was considerably less than his over-the-phone estimate.

Bug Stoppers made sure the ants would take the bait before laying it down. Ants were gone in about 24-48 hours, except there were several ants still hanging out on a kitchen counter, I simply took some leftover bait and put it on the counter, and that took care of the remaining ants. The employee was professional and courteous, and gave me some helpful hints regarding our occasional mouse problem. The normal price of this service is $95, but an Angie's List coupon brought it down to $80. I would definitely call him again if we have any other pest issues.

Large, mean-looking purple paper wasps were chasing my wife out of the garden. Watched them collect dirt and fly up to our roof. Called a different exterminator first and explained the situation. He was unwilling to go on the roof and instead suggested he deal with the problem from the ground with a power sprayer. The wasps were nesting under some roof tiles and I didn't feel confident with that approach. I then called Bug Stoppers and spoke to Wayne. He said it would be no problem, he would bring his ladder and bee suit the next morning. We appreciated him coming on a Saturday and dealing with this problem for us so quickly. He climbed up to our roof and "dusted" the paper wasp nest real good and even got some other areas that looked like a likely spot for nesting. We haven't seen any wasp activity since Wayne left and he guaranteed his work until the end of the year in case they come back at no extra charge. Wayne also honored the Angie's List coupon even though the charge was slightly less than $100. I highly recommend Bug Stoppers.

They were excellent and did a really nice job. I thought the price was fair, they did a nice job, they thought they had them all but they didn't so they went back. I was very pleased with them. I have this problem every year, but so far it's okay.

Badger Pest Control came promptly when they were scheduled. Not only did they spray the exterior of the house, but they pointed out some areas where other pests might find it attractive to enter the house, so that we could take care of it ourselves. They were knowledgeable and helpful - they cared about their work and were very customer focused. We would definitely use them again.

He is awesome. He's the guy that we go with. He took care of the problem. There are always problems with Asian beetles but he did a fantastic job. We are very pleased with him and he's the person that we call when we have a problem. I would use his services again in the future.

They are awesome and if I have any pest problems they are the only people I would use. I think I spent about $150 on that service. They went above and beyond when he met with me and explained to me about things that needed to be done and things that could be done the future. They also gave us the time lines on certain things like getting rid of bugs and keeping them gone. I wasn’t sure if I had a rodent problem and they gave me advice on how to handle it and also gave me the options available that I could do on my own. I really felt like they was looking to provide an optimal service and really cares about his customers. They were looking to provide something that we need and was not trying to push something did not and if I had a problem, I felt that they were there to help me. The first time I scheduled him, my husband left the house and wasn’t there when they showed up. I called the guy back and he wasn’t able to come back, but even though it was our fault he came back later that evening. He still worked with us. I would give them all A’s.

About a month ago we noticed a lot of ants around the house and we called him. He came back out and sprayed for the ants and did not charge us. We were willing to pay, but he insisted on taking care of it for free. We are so impressed by his great customer service and follow up. He even squeezed us in to his busy schedule. From now on, we will only use him.

Called numerous places, Bug Stoppers returned my call promptly and was very professional. Explained I was having a problem with Asian Beetles. They explained the best time to spray to ensure you do not have this problem is in the fall. Arranged to have service now due to not wanting bugs already here to be getting into the electronic equipment I have. Bug Stoppers came out, sprayed inside, then sprayed all around our home. We left for a few hours after to give the spray time to dry. Since having our home sprayed our bug problem has gone away. I would highly recommend Bug Stoppers and will use them again in the future.

My experience with the company was great. They were very concerned with the problem, and the owner and his son spent a long time looking for the bat in the morning. When they could not find the sleeping darling after more than one and a half hours, they refused payment. They also checked the entire house, especially attic and basement, for any evidence of bat infestation. There was none. In the late afternoon the bat reappeared, I shut it into a bedroom, and they returned within a half hour and effectively removed the bat. This is a great company, a person who knows pest control and does not try to sell additional superfluous services. He has pride of workmanship and truth. The price is a great bargain compared to others, and no BS. Highly recommended.
