Description of Work: David and his crew did a new roof and siding on my 2+ car garage. They were very professional and very nice. David worked with me to keep within my limited budget. They were quick with the getting the project complete and very responsive to an issue I thought I was having once the project was completed. I would definitely hire Budget builders for future projects.

The experience was excellent! Dave and Randy were very accommodating and patient when I became indecisive regarding my front large picture window. They worked with me in the selection process and I am extremely pleased with the result.

THEY CAME OUT TO GIVE THE QUOTE AND THEN GAVE US A DISCOUNT BECAUSE OF IT BEING A SLOW TIME. THEY DID START LATER THAN ORIGINALLY AGREED UPON, BUT IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT. THEY EVEN CAME BACK WHEN WE THOUGHT THAT A PART OF THE TRIM HAD COME UNDONE. TIMELY, PROMPT SERVICE. WE HAD TO CHASE THEM DOWN TO PAY THEM. VERY PROFESSIONAL.

HAD OLD ROOF TORN OFF AND NEW SHINGLES INSTALLED. ROOFERS PUT A NAIL THROUGH A LINE THAT WAS PART OF THE HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM EVEN THOUGH THEY'D BEEN INFORMED THE SYSTEM WAS IN THE ATTIC. HAVE HAD CONTINUING CONDENSATION PROBLEM THAT CAUSE CEILING DAMAGE DUE TO RIDGE VENT NOT WORKING PROPERLY. COMPANY IS SLOW TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS AND ACTS LIKE THEY DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM.

WHILE I APPRECIATE THAT HE IS AN EXPERT, I THOUGHT HE WAS OUT OF LINE FOR QUOTING SUCH A PRICE WITHOUT HAVING LOOKED AT THE ROOF. I HAVE NEVER HEARD ANYTHING MORE FROM HIM. I FELT HE HAD A VERY ARROGANT ATTITUDE.
