They did a good job.

I would recommend them highly.

A representative from Pella and a rep from Brillo came over and changed out the type of lock that had been installed and both windows are working great. The problem was really not with the installation by Brillo, but a design flaw with the locks. The Brillo rep also offered to replace the windowsill, but we declined. We are very happy with the customer service we received from both companies (Pella and Brillo).

We were very unhappy with the work. They used a warped piece of wood for the windowsill and we cannot lock two of the double-hung windows that were installed. When I called, a guy came out and closed them and locked them. That was it. They never truly repaired the windows and to this day we cannot lock the windows! They were Pella windows, so they were good quality windows. I would not recommend Brillo.

We worked with one company for plumbing issues and they connected us to Brillo Home Improvements. They came out and both the companies looked at our place. Somehow there was some problem between the plumbing and the home improvement company. Brillo Home Improvements later on called us to say that they couldn’t continue and I was really impressed with them. They had suggested some things that we generally had thought of getting it done, but we didn’t know what to do. They seemed very professional. They didn’t perform the work, but I appreciated the fact that they thought that they had to back out which I felt was very professional. They didn’t continue without considering the broader picture. I might use their services in the future.

They are excellent. They stand behind their product. They are available. If you have a question they answer it and you do not invoice you for it. They give you a range of options on the most effective way to do something. They do what is best to suit you and it has a good long term effect.

Rather then replace it with the wrong 50's stuff they took it back to where it would probably look like in 1927. They really stand behind their work.

The stairs to the attic came down between the bathroom and bedrooms on the main floor, but they were very courteous, respectful and efficient. Anything they needed had to be carried up stairs and all the dirt came down, but before they left at night they cleaned up and this went on for several month.

This is a company that does beautiful work. They are wonderful about communicating with their customers. They are courteous and very meticulous. We have been quite pleased with this them. They have proven themselves to be very reliable. We did pay them well over $40,000 but we had a ton of work done but I would prefer to leave it at that. We would recommend this company to others.

They did a great job for us working with our plumbers, and also did drywall and glass block windows.

They installed two skylights in my finished attic. Even though it was a small job for them, they were very accommodating and did very nice work.

Punctual Friendly and great people. Came and did the work and cleaned up after themselves. One of the most positive experiences I ever had.

The guys were very professional, punctual and polite. They left the work area very clean. I'm really pleased with the results. The price didn't include drywalling, as I had a handyman do that, but in retrospect I wish I had paid the extra money and had Brillo do that also.

Brillo Home Improvements was a wonderful company to work with. The staff was very helpful, as well as friendly. They worked hard and always kept a clean work site. They stayed within the budget. The master bathroom they designed for us was beautiful and well worth the investment.

WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETE I NOTICED A PIECE OF THE WALL PAPER CAME LOSE. BRILLO CALLED THE WALL PAPER HANGER WHO CAME BACK TO FIX IT. IN ALL I HAD AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

WE HAD SOME DELAYS IN ORDERING THE MATERIALS, AND THE WRONG MATERIALS WERE DELIVERED. BRILLO OFFERED TO EITHER REPLACE IT WITH THE CORRECT MATERIALS OR PROVIDE A DISCOUNT ON THE WORK. IN THE END, WE ACTUALLY LIKED THOSE BETTER!!

VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, VERY NICE TO DEAL WITH. THEY ARE ALSO VERY BUSY AND WE ARE LOOKING AT STARTING THE PROJECT IMMEDIATELY, WHICH IS SOONER THAN THEY CAN ACCOMMODATE.

NOT THE LOWEST ESTIMATE BUT QUALITY OF WORK AND RESPONSIVENESS OF PEOPLE WAS WELL WORTH THE EXTRA COST.
