Description of Work: Installed Mannington sheet vinyl in our foyer, kitchen and two bathrooms. Rob the installer was fantastic, so professioanl, cleaned up real nice, floor is excellent. Highly recommend Best Carpet and Rob. Price of flooring was reasonable.

Description of Work: I had been recommended by my realtor to get an estimate for engineered flooring from Best Carpet. Found them to be very slow and unresponsive to my request for a detailed estimate. They never really gave me the detailed bid I wanted so that I could compare them to other contractors. Their attitude seemed to be that they did not care if I gave them my business or not. Would not recommend them at all. Unprofessional

Description of Work: We ended up doing almost 1200 sq ft of carpet throughout the house including some stairs. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful and helped us find a nice mix of quality and cost, and they were very helpful and accommodating when answering questions and scheduling installation. Installation went fine, showed up on time, kept the house clean, and were professional. There were a few minor issues: the old carpet was left by the street for a few days because it got rained on (couldn't they have put it in the van?). Although they told me before I ordered that it would take a couple of weeks to get the carpet from the factory, I had to call to schedule to my installation after not hearing anything for a few weeks (apparently two reps thought the other had called me). I'm extremely happy with the end result and quality of the install and friendliness of the staff, but a little more organization and planning on the execution of the business end of things would have helped me feel more valued.

Description of Work: WE HAD OUR MASTER BEDROOM AND A SECOND BEDROOM CARPETED. THEY GAVE THE BEST PRICED QUOTE. THEY SAID THE REASON FOR THE GREAT PRICE IS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WORK ON COMMISSION OR SPEND MONEY ON ADVERTISING. THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND WAS ABLE TO FIT US IN BEFORE THANKSGIVING. THE INSTALLERS DID A GREAT JOB AND LEFT NO MESS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Description of Work: I HAVE USED BEST CARPETS FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK, SERVICE AND PRODUCTS. WE HAVE HAD A TOTAL OF 13 ROOMS CARPETED DURING THAT TIME.
