Chris's estimate came in nearly $500 less than the others we had done, and he did great work. We ran into a snafu with the village building inspector, but Chris came out that night to address the problem so work could continue. He worked diligently and the end product is great!

We weren?t impressed with them. The estimator wasn?t willing to provide us a design and we had to design the patio ourselves. He said that he would just pour the concrete. I wasn?t aware of a few things before he came. He gave us the estimate and his followup was over the phone. There was nothing in writing or e-mail. It was very vague and didn?t include any details. He never gave us an estimate for the masonry work. The estimate was for only half of what we needed to get done and so it was not enough to even make a decision since there were two different projects. He was just like one of the workers who came out for the estimate and didn?t seem to be professional. I think he is the only person who runs the company. He responded right away. He came out either the same day or the next day. So I was impressed with that. I would not use his services in the future.

It went very good. He did a good job. It's a very time consuming job to do that.

They didn't respond to my first or second call. I asked that they let us know if they weren't interested and they still didn't call.

Did a very good quality job for a reasonable price. Very conscientious about keeping in touch when the start date was delayed by bad weather - even offered to delay starting so as not to interfere with Halloween trick-or-treaters.

I called and made an appointment for Chris to come out for a quote. He came exactly when he said he would and gave me a quote and I hired him to do the job. He said it was a small job and would fit it in between larger jobs which I had no problem with. Within 2 weeks he called and said he would be there the next day. He showed up around 8 am and got right to work taking out the old cement and then replacing it with new. After 2 days he came back to remove the forms and put a smooth finishing coat on the cement. He said if there were any problems to call him back promptly. I am very pleased with the work he did.

He takes a lot of pride in his work. When he rebuilt the low brick side wall, he measured every brick so it was level. When he replaced the steps, he changed their location slightly to make them better than they were originally. He didn't just replace the porch, he made it stronger than it was originally.
