 + -1 moreA to A-. Will be using them to remodel every room in my older home in Bay View--including windows, other tasks.
Description of Work: Minor remodeling to bathroom: stablize door(did for free); add vanity and wall cabinets(2)and performed electrical and plumbing. Four generations....incredible working knowledge of older homes(mine is a 1923 home in Bay View). Very good work, and very good workmanship. Willing to listen to needs of customer. Could improve a slight bit on the quality area--but I give them an A- to an A for overall rating. The overall presentation is very nice: level and solid workmanship. Heard of this group from a neighbor. Now, they are may primary remodeling firm--and they do minor plumbing and electrical work as well--thus, no need to hire additonal firms. Their labor cost, at this time, is VERY REASONABLE. As my finances improve, I plan to hire them for the bedrooms,kitchen, living room, dining room, attic and basement. Keith and Gail
