I ordered a cord of hardwood from their craiglist ad. they delivered only 1/2 cord of wood and it was not all hardwood. Some was softwood, like pine. I paid them for a cord of wood $280. I stacked the wood and measured it , it was only 1/2 cord of wood. I called them back and told them that it was not a full cord. they said they would deliver some the next week. Then next week they did not deliver the remaining wood. I called again. and they gave the excuse that their truck is in repair shop.

I ordered a cord of wood shortly after Thanksgiving. For $250 and free delivery the ad said the firewood was 70% Oak with the rest a mix of hardwoods and that it was seasoned and ready to burn. When I called I spoke with Bill and he confirmed these details and said he would deliver the wood the next day. The wood was delivered the next morning while I was at work, my wife paid in full and that was it. When I got home I stacked the wood and found it to be a little less than half of a cord, not the full cord I had paid for. Additionally, it was about 25% pine and none of the wood was seasoned or ready to burn. I actually tried adding a couple pieces to a fire I had going with what was left of my previous wood. They sizzled and crackled with sap oozing out the ends. Eventually the fire went out and the wood hadn?t even burned. I called Bill and told him there had been a mistake and that he only delivered half of my order. He said he would look into it and get back to me the next day. After no response I tried calling over the next few days but there was no answer. Finally when I tried with someone else?s phone Bill answered right away. After I reintroduced myself he admitted that his truck had been loaded wrong and said he would deliver the rest of the wood in the next few days. I gave him a week but he never showed up. Again I couldn?t get ahold of him from my phone, but with someone else?s phone he answered right away. This time he told me that the fuel for his truck is too expensive to make a delivery just for me and that he would do it next time he was in the area. It?s been weeks since that call and I have no expectation of seeing the rest of that wood.

They were working down the block and I went down and asked them if they would take down my apple tree because it's all diseased and dying. They came out and looked at it. They did the job, cleaned up and they were gone. I didn't get other bids because they were available. When they were done with the tree down the block they came up here and did this tree. They came within three hours after I had asked them. The tree is gone and all I've got left out is the stump. They couldn't take the stump out because the machine wouldn't fit through the gate otherwise they would have done that as well.

Strong winds knocked a large branch off a tree in our front yard. The branch looked like it might fall into the street, so I asked the tree service to come as soon as possible. I asked them to remove the entire tree and grind the stump down. They responded within 48 hours and removed the tree but never came back to remove the stump.

They were working on another tree in the back alley and I asked them if they could do my tree. They immediately sent one guy to start the job. They cut off the limbs and put it in a chipper and hauled away the debris. They couldn?t grind the stump as they were not able to get their equipment through my back gate. The whole thing took them hour. I didn?t get time to get a quote but we bargained a little, they were there so I just wanted them to do it.
