He is such a nice guy. He does what he says he is going to do. He is very personable and very willing to help my mom as an older person. She doesn’t drive so he will go and pick stuff up on his way to her house. He is extremely accommodating, extremely kind and very competent. If he can’t do it, he has got people that he brings with him so my mom doesn’t have another stranger coming to her door.

Bob did an excellent job. He was very accommodating with all the small things I needed done, and he was very willing to work with me even though it wasn't a big job for him. He was mindful of my budget, and he worked hard to keep to the prices we agreed. The new exterior doors Bob installed for me work beautifully, and I was especially grateful for the perfect fit of them this winter. Not a draft was felt! They open and close nicely, and he will be returning in the Spring to see if any adjustments need to be made when the weather changes. My only complaint -- and it is a very small one -- is that, because Bob is more accustomed to outside work, he didn't use drop cloths and things got a bit dusty during the door replacement. A couple old sheets solved that problem easily! I needed to remove a couple cabinets to accommodate a new refrigerator, replacing one of them to regain a bit of lost space. Bob found a cabinet for me and even matched the stain color almost perfectly to my very old cabinets - not an easy feat. He then painted my kitchen, removing the moldings and putting them back so that there would be no uneven paint lines. It looks wonderful! As for the siding on the roof peak, it is difficult to rate only because the hole was not causing any obvious problems, and being located where it is, it is difficult to tell much more than that there is no longer a hole and the peak looks nice. Bob went above and beyond to help me, and I recommend him.
