Excellent! Guy came out shortly after contact. Discussed job & showed couple pictures of jobs done. Emailed us plans & estimate for OK. OK'd project & within about 3 weeks, railing made & installed. Installer suggested minor change to placement which was improvement & no charge. Recommend highly.

True professionals in crafting a solution to a complex problem. They had prepared another two braces in case we needed them and did not charge for them. The architect took pictures and measured. I was pleased with every step of the project.

Badger did a great job for us. Andy, our coordinator, did a great job. It is helpful if you can use e-mail for communications. We got things done in a reasonable time at a good price. They used top notch skill in the installation in taking the old railng out and putting the new one in, without cutting additional holes as quoted by a competitor.

I stopped in at Badger Railing one day; I did not have an appointment. They quickly had a sales associate meet with me who listened to the general description of the railings I wanted to replace. He showed me photo and in store samples of railing designs and discussed how I could mix/match certain options to get the look I wanted. The sales person further discussed how the railings were fabricated and what my finish options were. I never felt pressured and he did not try and sell me upgrades or options that would have been at an additional cost. A couple days later someone came to my residence to make sure my measurements were accurate. I was then sent a proposal and drawing via email to review. I approved it and they gave me a 6-8 weeks time frame for manufacturing/installation. 6 weeks later the old railings were removed and my new ones were up; very strong and sturdy. I was initially intimidated by this company since I was only doing a small job and they had some pretty elaborate projects shown on their website but they treated me with respect and assured me that they do jobs of all sizes. I would definitely use them again.

Great, had a standard-design railing installed on both sides of front porch. Railings are very strong and look great; will use company again for next iron project.

They did a beautiful job. They were not quite as easy to work with in terms of dates but they really worked hard to make amends and pushed things really quick when they realized they were lagging behind. They made sure the work was done before the deadline. They did a beautiful custom work for the window wall that went to our basement. The challenging part was to see lots of people change at work and initially they lagged behind the dates. Price was very competitive compared to others.
