Badger Asbestos was able to come out within 2 days of my call. They reviewed the items founds in our home inspection and gave us some easy ways of mitigating the minor exposure ourselves. Would defintely use again-very knowledgable, prompt, and professional.

floor removal was fine, but duct tape was used to attach plastic sheeting to wallpaper in our kitchen and the wallpaper tore upon removal...had to call the owner and received some money back, but the situation should not have happened in the first place!

I have them the code to back door, they came and did work promptly and well, and I sent them a check.

Fantastic! They were in and out quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The best part was the price. Another company had quoted us $8,000 to do the same job they're did for only $1,500.

I called and made an appointment for an estimate to remove vermiculite insulation from an upstairs attic area. Upon showing up for estimate, the representative from the company informed me he did not even have a ladder to go up into the attic to perform the estimate. We were able to find a ladder on the vacate property and he said I would receive an estimate via email. After multiple calls for 3 days I finally received an estimate.

Mr Andrus performed removal service. Since we were not in town that week, promptness was not a concern.

The pipes ended up so clean of ANY material that were reflecting the basement lights with a metallic sheen! Easily exceeded my expectations.

They did a great job. Also, they were very responsive from the very first call to the last call.

Great experience. We needed the work done quickly since our house was on the market. Mark fitted it in, was on time and cleaned up well.

Although we did not use them because we went a different way, they were very helpful. We were actually advised on ways to do what we wanted without having to remove the asbestos. So although they didn't get the business, if I had reason to remove asbestos again they will be my first call.

I would use them again. There was a time limit for the other kitchen work to be done and this company got the job done on time frame in extreme heat. We were pleased.

The 2 gentlemen who came to do our estimate were friendly and professional and arrived on time. We asked for an estimate on removing the asbestos from basement pipes, as well as an estimate for encapsulating the asbestos. The estimate for removal was high ($2900 as opposed to 2100 from another company), but the problem arises when they advised us against encapsulating and wouldn't provide an estimate for that service. The sources I have read all state that only the frayed ends need to be removed. Asbestos that is still wrapped tightly and intact can be painted over and does not pose a threat. We did secure an estimate for encapsulation for the majority of the pipes and removal of only 5 broken surfaces. We will pay $580 as opposed to $2900. Granted, these are very different services, but I think telling people ALL of their options is part of a contractor's responsibility. My recommendation would be to get more than one estimate for asbestos problems.

I contacted Badger for an estimate to remove asbestos tiles. The owner stopped by, took measurements, and said that he would send an estimate in the next few days. He seemed like a polite, professional, and knowledgeable guy. But, I did not receive an estimate. I read good reports about another asbestos removal company and called them. They stopped by to measure the job, faxed an estimate the next business day, and I had them do the work.

Bob was a pleasure to do business with. He responded promptly to our request for a bid and explained our options thoroughly. He and another worker showed up on time, worked hard, finished early, cleaned up thoroughly, and did exactly what they said they would do.

Bob and his crew did a great job. The work took a couple of days longer than estimated because of a condition that could not have been discovered until work started. Kept us in the loop in terms of progress and we really appreciated that they worked with us to come up with a solution to protect the other surfaces in the house. Overall, as good an experience as one could have with such an icky problem.

THIS IS AN UGLY JOB- AND I''M SO GLAD THAT THEY WERE THE ONES TO DO IT INSTEAD OF ME! SERIOUSLY, THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND WE CAN REST EASY. THAT IS A JOB WELL DONE IN MY BOOK.

CALLED TO SET UP APPOINTMENT FOR ESTIMATE; ALTHOUGH BOB LEFT MESSAGE ON ANS. MCH. SAYING HE''D CONTACT ME, HE DID NOT. CALLED AGAIN AND SET APPT. BOB WAS VERY PUNCTUAL AND SEEMED PROFESSIONAL DURING THE APPOINTMENT. HE SAID HE WOULD MAIL THE WRITTEN ESTIMATE THE FOLLOWING DAY. A WEEK LATER I CALLED BECAUSE I HADN''T RECEIVED IT AND ASKED FOR A VERBAL ESTIMATE SO I COULD SCHEDULE THE WORK. HE LEFT A MESSAGE SAYING HE COULD DO THE WORK THE NEXT TUESDAY, BUT I STILL GOT NO ESTIMATE OF $$! NOTHING IN THE MAIL, EITHER. DISAPPOINTED, I GAVE UP.

WERE IN NEIGHBORHOOD AND GAVE GOOD PRICE, NEVER CALLED BACK AFTER SEVERAL CALLS TO SET APPOINTMENT FOR WORK.. KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING, JUST NEVER DID IT.

ACTUALLY RETURNED CALLS, WORKED ON SATURDAYS AND CLEANED UP NICELY.
