Description of Work: He looked over the entire duplex/house. The furnaces, garage basement, and exterior of the home. He also had comparative reports showing what other homes were valued at in the area. He answered all of my questions and more. He seemed very knowledgable as to what the home might sell at taking into consideration the age and wear & year on the home.

+ -1 moreI did not go ahead with the property appraisal for external reasons, but I was very impressed with Daniel Schleys honesty and professionalism regarding the usefulness of an appraisal for our purposes. He explained very clearly what we would expect to get from an appraisal, and there was no hint of a hard sell. The advice he gave was useful, and I was very impressed by him. Again, very straightforward to deal with.
Description of Work: Mr Schley explained how an appraisal could fit in with the objective we had - honestly explaining the pros and cons. I was very appreciative of his advice.
