Everything went very well.

Repairman was puctual, clean, knowledgeable. fixed it in about half an hour.

I entered a service request on their web site when my washing machine began to make grinding noises. That was on a Sunday. Tuesday morning Greg came and took a look at the problem. It turned out to be an expensive repair and Greg suggested that it would probably be better to buy a brand new machine for a little more than the repair cost. He didn't pressure me at all - he just wanted to make certain that I had the facts.

A technician from the company came out and told me that my microwave was dead. Moreover, it wasn?t fixable too. If I spent as much money as a new one would have cost, then I could have had it fixed. He also advised me as to which would be the best place to get a new one and also about the price. He was very pleasant and I would use their services in the future too.

They suggested that we buy a new dishwasher, which we are going to do. They seemed very straightforward honest and responsive.

Excellent. The dryer needed to be repaired due to no heat. I chose Appliance Rescue because they were near by and had a good rating. When I called on Friday morning, the receptionist was very professional and pleasant. I told her the dryer had no heat and that there was a buzzing sound that needed to be fixed as well. I was informed that there would be a trip charge plus the cost of materials and labor to fix the problems. I was also informed that when the repairman arrived, he would give me an estimate for the repairs and if I chose not to proceed, I would only have to pay the trip charge. When asked if I needed a repair right away, I told them Monday would be soon enough. I was informed that someone would call me Monday morning between 8:00 and 8:30 to let me know what time the repairman would be out to fix the problem. On Monday, I received a call at 8:20 informing me that someone would be there between 9 and 10:30. The repairman arrived around 10:15. He was very courteous and informative. Replacing the solenoids fixed the heat problem. The cause of the buzzing sound was identified but he did not have the part needed to fix it. He said that he would come back at my convenience at no additional trip charge. He came back on Thursday morning to fix the problem. It so happened that when the repairman returned, he noticed a squeeking sound when the dryer started. He investigated the cause of the squeek and then repaired it on the spot at no charge. I am very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend this repair service.

In the initial phone call, they helped me diagnose that it was a broken belt, and if that was the case they estimated it would cost about $100.

Repairman arrived and completed the repair within 2 hours after our call. Was very polite and courteous.

They were very responsive and came when they said they would. Luckily it was an easy fix. The part was only about $10-15 but with the service call and the time spent (15 min to repair) of course it adds up fast. It may have been cheaper to find someone closer but they were the only ones I could find that work on Fisher Pykel.
