It went very well. Jill fully explained the process and material choices to be used. The price was fair and the work crew was very professional and polite.

In three days my floors were done. They look fantastic. I have a whole new house. Very professional. Took the time to make sure that I picked out the stain colors that would look the best in my 100 year old duplex. The dust was not an issue. Dry time was three days as quoted. I would hire Anderson Floor Company again and have referred them to several of my friends.

Anderson Floor Company quoted a price to install, repair, and refinish my hardwood floors in our bedrooms. We had pulled out some built-in desk/cabinets in the bedrooms to find there was not hardwood underneath them. They quoted us a price, we said yes and they gave me a start date. On the stated start date they arrived, installed the new wood, repaired other areas, sanded, stained, sealed, and completed the project on time. The crew was courteous, clean, and very respectful of my home. My floors are beautiful!!! I would highly recommend them to install, refinish, or repair any hardwood floors.

Floors look great. We had a problem with one spot where the last coat of finish bubbled up; however, we declined having it fixed.

Anderson Floor Co. exceeded my expectations in every way. The floor was a mess before they started - coated in 110 years of paint, adhesives and grime. They are certified lead safe renovators should your paint/stain contain lead. They sanded down the floor, successfully getting out deep scuffs that I never though could come out. Then re-sealed it with Bona products. The floor looked absolutely beautiful when they were done!

The job went perfectly and every time someone walks into the property they tell me these are the most beautiful floors they have ever seen. I agree with them. Do not call anyone else if you want stunning hardwood floors.

Scott is a master at hardwood flooring. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to handle my project. Great guy.

The team was great. Timely and polite. We have small children in the house. At one point, my wife overheard Scott gently remind his apprentices not to leave tools out because of the children. This sums up our experience: Scott and his team were incredibly conscientious throughout the process. I highly recommend Jill and Scott.

Amazing. From sales to completion they were consummate professionals. The work is gorgeous.

They install hardwood floors. I think they may deal with laminate, but if you want anything done with hardwood floors in the Milwaukee area you go to Anderson Floors. I highly recommend them to anyone. I don't have any criticism of them. Two people came out to complete the service. It took a couple of days. We have been here for 40 years now.

Jill was very meticulous when she measured for this job. Jill is very pleasant and responsive and answered all of my questions. I enjoyed working with her. Scott did an excellent job of piecing together two sections of flooring that at one time were joined, but had a 5' x 10' section removed. As this section of flooring was out for over 10 years, this was not an easy task as the flooring has somewhat shifted during that time. Scott knew exactly what to do and it turned out beautifully!! He also placed hardwood flooring in several areas where a wall was moved. His work is exceptional!! In reality, I could have gotten this work done for a lesser price, but you get what you pay for. I plan on keeping my hardwood floors for many years to come and it is worth paying a little more for this type of quality of work!! I plan to have additional flooring installed in my kitchen at a future date, and also to have all of my hardwood floors refinished. I wouldn't even consider anyone else except Scott and Anderson Floor Co!!

The wood floors in the kitchen and family room hadn't been refinished since they were installed. They did a great job and spent the necessary time to strip the wood in all areas before adding the stain and sealer to the floors.

It went exactly as planned. Jill Anderson was absolutely great in planning the entire project. This is a top notch company with years of experience. The kitchen floor looks fantastic. There was no dust at all. Everyone was very professional and experienced. Thanks Jill for a job well done.
