Part of the job involved filling the radiant heat system with a chemical designed to coat the inside of the copper pipes to reduce the risk of leaks developing (the system was installed in 1966). They told me to leave the chemicals in the system for 6 months and that they would come back and drain/refill the system. When I tried to get these guys back out 6 months later, they simply ignored my phone calls (I left at least 6 voice mails). I got the owner on the phone at one time and he seemed to think it was funny that I hadn't gotten a return call and assured me someone would get back to me. They never did. This outfit is a joke. I would never consider calling them for service.
Description of Work: I bought my gas boiler from this company in 2005 (also known as Iron Fireman). I called them back for service in late 2011 and they indicated that the original installation was done incorrectly but that they would correct all the issues (including feeding the radiant heating system with soft water) for about $1,000.
