+ -1 moreI was scammed by Alpha. Hired them because they where friendly and cheap. They worked on opening the pool for a day, and wanted to charge us for new filters instead of just cleaning them--because they did not know that they could be acid washed nor how to do it. I got them acid washed from a separate company for very little elsewhere, so Alpha could continue to work. They installed them and never finished opening the pool, never came back and never returned any of my numerous calls. But they did go ahead and send us a bill for the full service even though they didn't do even half they work. I should turn them into the Better Business Bureau as well.
Description of Work: Hired them to open the pool and provide routine cleaning and maintenence.

+ -1 moreAlpha Omega Pools did good quality work for a reasonable price. They completed the work in the time they said they would. They were very knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. The price was a good price. I would recommend their services to others.
Description of Work: I had Alpha Omega Pools repair my pool. They did a wonderful job of fixing it.

+ -1 moreEverything has been wonderful. I just hired Alpha Omega Pools in May, and they have been very easy to work with.
Description of Work: Alpha Omega Pools cleaned my pool. They also put new chemicals in when it needs it.
