They were trustworthy, straight forward and they have fair pricing.

Originally put a pool in for us, which seemed to be ok, but then found out they sold us product that we didnt need and a ladder that becomes very slippery when wet (which may have been how my father fell off the ladder and broke his neck and died). So with that being said, we stopped in there and they tried selling us this expensive ladder. Tried one more time to see about a new filter system because the one sold to us broke. Called there to get a price, I was put on hold for over ten minutes, hung up thinking I was forgotten and was asked to be put on hold again, I said no, I was already on hold for 10 minutes, I was told he didnt care because he had other customers. Im sorry but I feel he could of taken a number and called me back at least, but he was very rude. I will never go to allied again.

Spa purchased was not equipped as promised. Very poor response, if any. Rude and unprofessional service call. Did not believe me and required photos. No response to photos when provided. Tech installed old salvaged parts rather than new. No packaging or instructions. Overall, a very bad experience! Will never do business or even walk in that store again.

Terrible. I can undertsand a little damage, but they tore the hell out of my lawn. Left big ruts and hit a gas line going out to my pool heater exposing it.

Shortly after delivery of our new hot tub, the radio went berserk. It shot up to max volume and we could not regain control of the volume without cutting power to the Tub. When I called Allied pools where we bought it, they tried to pawn us off on some sublet company to come out and diagnose the problem. We called that company and were told we had to pay them $40.00. They have been out 3 times and the defect is unresolved. To add insult to injury, they want $40.00 every time they send the repairman out. No where in the warranty does it state that we as the customer have to pay for warranty service. The "Assistant Managers" (who are as far as we get when we ask for someone in charge) refuse to let us speak to the owner or have him/her call us as requested. I buy a lot of stuff from a wide variety of companies and cannot remember ever having service this bad when the solution is so simple - fix the defective product without extorting $40.00 out of the customer. Bad press is not worth $40.00.

This was a terrible experience! They did not install the pool when they were supposed to. Then after a short period of time the rails on the pool started to bubble. When we called Allied for service, they did not return our calls. Additionally, they did not stand behind the company that did the installation. Our pool currently is starting to tilt out, and again, they do not return our calls when we seek out service. We will now have to call another company to fix our pool.

THEY'RE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL AND GIVE LOTS OF INFORMATION.

THEY ARE REALLY INFORMATIVE AND EVERYONE THERE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
