All City Mudjacking Inc.

In September, 2017 we had All City Mudjacking work on our driveway and walkways. Initially, the process was easy and the crew was friendly and fast. By the next Spring (2018), however, we noticed that the driveway area was subsiding and collecting water that would freeze during the winter. I called the owner about this and he did come out, but was somewhat combative about trying to raise the sunken areas as he felt this was the best they could do. Late summer, 2018 I had him out again and we agreed that they would attempt to remedy this problem and they promised to do this by early November, 2018. However, they never showed up and never followed-up. I have called repeatedly this year and the owner has called back and told me that they would follow-up (this past May, 2018), but as of yet, I have heard nothing (July, 2018) despite assurances. Take home message for me is 1) don’t expect their mudjacking process to last very long, and 2) don’t expect them to honor their warranty on the process and work that has been done.

Mark the owner was professional, his workers were responsive to me needs and the work was done on time and to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend them and definitely hire again.

Great company- owner Mark and his crews do great work. Previously had work done at our first home reasonable prices and work completed promptly and professionally. Just today had him mudjack our home's front walk and level and pitch our driveway which had been in need of repair from previous owner. Crew arrived on time took their time and did a very good job raising, leveling and pitching walk and drive! Easy to work with and very pleased with professionalism of crew leader Rob and crew.

Well. We took a cracked patio with a sinking section back where to it's original position. Not the patio drains into the yard vs collecting at the yards edge.

Excellent. Job was performed as described, work was started and completed on time at the quoted price. Team was courteous and did excellent work.

The only problem I had was with some of the concrete- some of the holes came loose. They came back and fixed this upon my request. They were responsive to this issue.
