I called and said that I had a dryer vent hose that came apart and needed to be replaced. Michael set up the appointment and arrived when he said he would and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I am completed satisfied with his performance and would call him again if I have any other problems with either my washer or dryer.

Michael was courteous, prompt, and professional and explained all work done. I would recommend his company.

My dishwasher refused to operate one day. I called All City Appliance at 8:30 in the morning and Michael was able to come by 11:00. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He even saw another issue that had not happened yet, but would eventually, and fixed that, too! I most definitely would call All City Appliance whenever I need an appliance repaired!

I called Michael about mid-day and he was at my house the same afternoon. He was personable and very professional. The repair was completed quickly and was reasonably priced. It has snowed the day before and Michael took off his shoes as soon as he entered the house, so as not to track in snow into the kitchen--I was impressed! I would definitely use his services again and will recommend him to friends and colleagues.

We came down and noticed our fridge was very warm. Quick check and everything was warm, but the freezer was cold. Called and they were able to come out within 4 hours and replace a bad control board. Fridge now works like a charm. Couldnt be happier that it was easy to repair and we didn't have to buy a new one. Definitely recommend for your appliance repair.

Left message for All City Appliance first thing in morning. Michael returned call within 5 minutes and was able to schedule service call that afternoon. Michael arrived during window of time promised. Evaluated issue and determined corrective action quickly and professionally. Couldn't have asked for a better experience ... same day service, fixed problem quickly, and very reasonable price.

Mike, was prompt when he came. We discussed the repair prior to his arrival. The Siemens is not a popular washer so parts availability can be an issue. Mike came with a number of replacement parts not sure of which he would need. this helped in that he could do the repair and not have to do a follow-up call. Save me time and money. He only charged for what he did. Also worth noting is his warranty that he gives on the entire applicance! Ask him about it when you call.

My gas dryer was running but not drying the clothes. I called All City in the morning and the owner, Michael, said he could be at my house between 2 and 4 that afternoon and would call when he was on the way. He called shortly before 2 and was at my house in minutes. After describing the problem, he immediately determined the cause, quoted me a price, and had it fixed within minutes. I am extremely happy with the service provided and Michael's professionalism and knowledge. He certainly knows what he's doing. I would definitely call him again and would highly recommend him to anyone needing an appliance repair. I wish you had an A+ button since that's the service I feel I received!

Michael was very prompt. He came and diagnosed the problem and returned early the next week with the part. He was very speedy as time is money. He was very courteous and the price was very reasonable compared to big box store prices. I would use him again in a minute.

My refrigerator stopped operating. Not knowing a repair tech to call, I decided to join Angie's List. After reviewing the listed companies, I called the one with the best grades and I was not disappointed. The owner came within the time window promised. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the defective part. He kept me fully informed as to what he was doing during the diagnosis and repair process. His charge was very fair. I will definitely contact him in the future with any large appliance repairs.

Am very impressed with Michael. Called to make the appointment and he came out and checked the dryer. Although it needed a replacement part, Michael got it working for me so that I could use it. He then returned with the part and finished up the job. I was impressed with his professionalism, both with the scheduling of the appointment and the follow up visit. Dishwasher was not emptying, and he fixed right away, very keen and motivated.

Made an appointment with Michael- he was willing to come over in less than an hour. I couldn't make that so we set up a time a couple days later. On the phone he went over the simple things and made sure it wasn't something silly (GFI, switch, etc.). He showed up just a little late but no big deal. He found the problem, which was a bad power connector. He didn't even charge for the part, which I assume wasn't very expensive. I would definitely call All City first for my next appliance problem.

Called All City Friday morning asked if I could get a repair man today.Michael said he was busy in the morning but he would call if he could make it later that day.Michael called about 12:40 ,He came over five minutes later went right to the dryer had the right part to fix it and did.Took about twenty minutes and it was done.Very friendly fast service would recommend to everyone.

Fast appointment, punctual, quick service. Ran dishwasher after finding disk to make sure that machine worked correctly. Will definitely call them if we have another appliance problem.

Great! From the first contact he was polite, service-oriented and professional. Based on my description of the problem, he was able to tell me 2 of the most likely explanations and felt very confident that it could be readily repaired. Mike and his assistant, Brady, called to see if they could come early because they were ahead of schedule. When they arrived, Mike introduced himself and Brady and explained a bit about his background. He got right to work and was carefully explaining everything he was doing, step by step. Discovered what needed to be replaced and did so. Finished up in under an hour, cleaned up when he was done, ran it through an abbreviated cycle to make sure it worked properly - which it did.

It went very well. The new start relay corrected the problem. It took the service provider about 15 minutes, from start to finish, to do the job.

I'm a tad embarrassed of this part. I was puling out the refrigerator about 30 minutes before the service time (it is recessed into a wall and a trick task to maneuver it out, so I figured I would do that on my own). After it was pulled out it suddenly occurred to me to check the ice maker switch/lever inside the freezer. We intentionally never connected a water line to the refrigerator because we have a chest freezer in the basement. Indeed, it seemed we bumped that switch with a food package inside the freezer, and the awful noise was the freezer attempting to make ice with no water. Realizing that there was nothing in fact wrong with the appliance, I called All City just prior to the service time, and to my luck they had not dispatched the service man yet. They were very nice about the situation and allowed me to cancel the call without attempting to charge me for canceling, which was much appreciated. I was very impressed with how promptly they were able to schedule my service, and how good they were about me canceling despite it being on short notice and on a weekend. I certainly hope none of my other appliances have issues, but if they do, I will certainly call All City again. I had warranty work done on our clothes dryer by one of the big box appliance stores about a year prior, and even without going through the repair I can tell this would be a better way to go.

I originally had Sears come over to repair my machine. They quoted me $328 to replace the gasket (including service charge). As my machine is 9-10 years old, I decided to replace the machine instead. After shopping around, I ran into a variety of problems regarding my stacked washer/dryer installation. So I decided to have my washing machine repaired instead. I had planned to have Sears come back and repair it. When I told some friends about the cost, they quickly Googled and found All City Appliance. After checking on Angie's List, I gave them a call that evening (after closing). I left a message and Michael (the owner) promptly called me back the next morning. I explained the problem and what repair work Sears told me I needed to do. Michael quoted me $210 plus tax. He came promptly this morning. After doing a number of things, he determined it was not the gasket and repaired my machine so it would not leak. Ultimately, my charge was $58.00. He was prompt, efficient and professional. (He also used to work at Sears). He guarantees his work for 1 year. And the bonus he added was that should any other problem occur with my machine within this one year, he will not charge a service charge to repair it, which is unique to say the least. I highly recommend him.

Michael was great to deal with. He and his helper (sorry, I didn't get his name, I got the impression he was in training) were here when they said they would be, clean & polite. They asked me again to describe the problems with my washer & dryer and did their inspection. Then Michael told me what needed to be done and the price. He couldn't find anything wrong with the washing machine, so maybe I've just been overloading it. But he replaced the gas valve and heating coils on the dryer and cleaned the dryer vent. I think the dryer works better now than it has at any point in the last 12 years. And even though he said there was nothing to fix on the washer and he didn't charge me for the inspection, I swear it seems to be running better, too. I had a backlog of clothes to wash & dry, so I'm on my fifth load since yesterday and no problems with either machine. The dryer has a 1 year warranty on on the parts & service, and the guarantee on service extends to ANY other problems, only a parts charge if needed. Plus he recommended a schedule of vent cleaning to help keep things running well. They were here just over an hour, including inspection, repair and cleanup. I couldn't be happier with the results.
