All city arrived introduced himself, then got right down to figuring Out the problem, turns out it was control board. He checked if part Was still available, got me a price we ordered out part which took a couple Of days to arrive, he came over installed part made sure everything was right And we were set. Pleasant experience. He did a great job

Michael of All City Appliance: responded quickly to my request for service, scheduled service within a few days, called to confirm his appointment time, arrived on time, examined the dryer, explained the repair to me, had the necessary part with him, fixed the dryer, and left the laundry room clean. Perfect.

There was disagreement with the details of the service which weren't worked out. I would not hire this company again.

I called and got Mike on the phone. He had a time available this afternoon and showed up 20 minutes later. Very effiencent. He took the dishwasher apart and found the issue and fixed that in less than 20 minutes. then only charged the trip charge. He ran the dishwasher to check it and discovered that my water pressure on the hot water side was too low to have the dishwasher truly function correctly. He also pointed out a change to the dishwasher outlet that was not up to code. I appreciate that he took the time to explain how it was supposed to work. Very positive experience even though now I have to get a plumber to replace the hot water pipe. I won't hesitate to call if I need appliance repair in the future.

Michael evaluated our dishwasher and successfully removed the debris which was preventing proper drainage after use. We have not had any issues since and thank him for his prompt service and successful service job.

Fast, friendly and professional Michael of All City Appliance provided FANTASTIC service at my tenant?s duplex. I don?t know how you break a three year old washing machine but my tenant?s washing machine needed a service call. I think they were overloading it and not making sure the loads were evenly distributed in the tub. Anyway Michael is so KNOWLEDBLE and HONEST he found the problem right away and fixed it. A nut had fallen off. Michael had seen this before and he reapplied it and tightened everything back up. The part I would like you to consider when you are looking for an appliance repairperson is that All City Appliance is SO HONEST!!!! I could have easily been fooled into thinking it needed a much more expensive repair but that is not how Michael runs his business. If you need help with your appliances call All City Appliance, you will be glad you did.

Great. He discovered a disconnected wire running to the garbage disposal, reconnected it and the garbage disposal is working again. My wife said he was very professional and helpful.

Michael responded right away after I left him an email. We made an appointment and my husband forgot he was coming the day of the appointment. He was so nice about the missed appointment. We rescheduled for following. Michael was prompt and on time. We thought the problem was the gasket on my dishwasher. It turned out to be the discharge pump which he replaced. He made sure the pump was working and the dishwasher was draining properly, and not all over the floor, before leaving. Yes, I would hired Michael to fix any of my ailing appliances. He was so professional and courteous. Thank you, Michael for a job well done. I am so happy to have my dishwasher working again.

I went with Mike from All City Appliance because I had a malfunctioning fridge and needed somebody out there the same day. He happened to have an opening so I scheduled him. I'm glad I found him first. He was out to me within the 2 hour window and called about 20 minutes prior to arriving. Mike is very knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and even had the part needed on hand. He explained everything as he went along. He was in and out and had our fridge up and running like new. I highly recommend Mike with All City Appliance for any of your appliance repair needs.

Not a very good experience with this repairman. We came home from 2 weeks of vacation with 2 weeks of laundry and naturally that's the day the washer breaks down. We called All City based on previous Angie's reviews. I called on Thursday 4/23 but he could not come out until Monday. Michael said he would call between 8 and 8:30 to confirm. I hadn't heard from him by 9 so I called to see if we were still on. He did come around 9:30. Seemed professional enough, not real personable but I guess that doesn't matter as long as he gets the job done. I showed him our plight of having 2 weeks of vacation laundry but he didn't have much to say. After some investigating he says the timer is shot. Of course the new one is in Minnesota and he won't be back til Wednesday. Wednesday rolls around and Michael comes over with the new timer and puts it in. I'm sitting upstairs and I hear the click-click of the starting switch but no washer noise........not a good sign. By then we decide to just forget it and go out and buy a new washer. The repair quote of $255 was more than half of a new one anyway. Finally it's determined that it's a wire harness that is shorting out and Michael said he could go pull one out of a used machine and would only charge $100 for the fix but he would not be back until Friday and that he would call before coming over. We waited til 10 am on Friday and didn't hear anything so I called him and he told me he had not found a new wire harness yet. It was at that point where I told him to just forget it and we went out and bought a new washer. Like I say Michael was professional enough. I can't speak to his repair knowledge. I think what bothered me most was there was no sense of urgency to our situation. 10 days for a repair is too long. I also think we could have had better communication. The fact that I had to call him twice was not good. He should have called us on Thursday and told us he was not having luck finding the wire harness. Oh well ,frustrating but not the end of the world. So after all that we still have a pile of laundry and a $55 bill

Wow! I'm so impressed! Michael answered my initial call to set up service. It was scheduled for a window between 9 and 11 two days later. As he said he would, he called before he got here (well before 11). He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He's very professional and reasonably priced - and I will use his services in the future for appliance problems. I highly recommend him!

It is a small company, it is an individual guy. He did an excellent job. He fixed it, got it back and we haven't had any problems since. It wasn't very expensive. He is very knowledgeable. He will tell you what he will not fix. He will tell you what he will fix. He will not just come to your house just to make some money. He is honest. We got a situation with our stove and he would not fix it. We had a situation with our refrigerator and he would not fix it. He is timely. When he says he is going to be there, he is there. He is very responsive and very professional.

I called a few appliance repairmen from Angie's List. Michael was the only one who answered right away. We needed our stove fixed asap. He informed us of a reasonable trip fee up front and scheduled us in for the next day. He was on time and called when he was about ten minutes away. I am sensitive around strangers but quickly felt comfortable being alone with him. He was knowledgable, fast, and explained everything he was doing. I am recommending him to my family and friends. It's a really nice feeling being able to say, "I've got a guy for that".

Steve arrived on time and quickly found the problem with our 13 year old washer. He went and got the hose which was leaking. He also replaced the v-belt to increase the efficiency of the washer. He is very knowledgeable and reasonable.

I found All City by using Angie's List. The ratings and comments were good. He had Saturday hours which was very helpful since I work full time. I explained over the phone my three small issues and he was confident that they could be fixed, but was upfront about the possible need to order parts. The service call charge was made clear upfront. He arrived on time and called when he was 10 minutes out to let me know that he was on the way. After explaining the issues, he got right to work, tackling the two minor repairs quickly and easily. We needed to order a part for the cook top. He made some calls and we looked online together to find the best price. He used his supplier, but gave me the lower internet price. We schedule a second visit. He was willing and able to work around my schedule with no problem. Very nice. Very professional. I would use All City again.

With in the first 15 minutes he was there He had the dryer completely disassembled, he cleaned the bearings and rollers, as well as all the built up lint in the bottom of the dryer. Afterwards he went to the back of the dryer and cleaned it as well. Then he checked the fuse found it was blown, checked the thermister and it was reading out of spec's. He gave me the option to replace the thermister. I replaced it to save a future downtime and service call. All the while he was working he was very pleasant . I would defininetly call him back.

He suggested he come look at it...no charge because he had been recently out there (that's his service guarantee!!!). Turned out a sock had gotten stuck in the pump...again washer design flaw...not his workmanship...but he held fast to his word and didn't charge me. I was ready to buy a new washer but he solved my problem! Punctual, highly proficient, and excellent customer care! Very much recommend Michael from All City Appliance!!! If you have a Whirlpool Cabrio this is the service technician you want to use!!!

Michael was on time, knowledgeable, and very informative as to the ins and outs of owning an oven of this age. The problem is solved and I'm very glad to not have to replace a built-in unit that would have been very difficult and costly to deal with.

I've hired Michael & All City Appliance a couple of times in the past. I was absolutely impressed by his professionalism, how quickly the work was completed, and the fair pricing. I would definitely recommend this company, and I will be using them for all future work needs. When our dishwasher wasn't working, we had a company tell us that it needed to be replaced. Michael looked at the unit for 5 minutes, identified the repair, and took care of everything in about an hour for an unbelievable price. Very fair pricing and very reliable!!
