I sent Michael photos via email of my issue, he responded very quickly and came out within a couple days to take care of it. Very nice that he provides an Angie's List discount. I would hire him again in the future.

Water would slowly leak into my front load washer after being off for anywhere from a couple hours to several days. I selected Michael from Angie's list to fix my problem and I couldn't be happier. He diagnosed the problem as being a valve assembly that was no longer completely closing. He would have made it out the next day but had to wait 1 day for the part to arrive. He arrived early and installed the new part in 25 minutes. He was friendly, professional and experienced. I will use him again.

Mike arrived when he said. He checked out our dryer by running it and immediately knew what the repair solution would be. After confirming his conclusion by dismantling the dryer, he went to his truck and obtained the part he had brought with him, based on our earlier phone conversation. When he completed the repair and running the dryer to check it out he focused his attention to our washer which was running at the time. Again, he immediately knew what the source of a noise was. He had the part with him and installed it. All work was done very professionally and quickly. Mike has a very pleasant manner in addition. The price of the repairs, which he stated beforehand, was considered by us as reasonable for what he did.

Michael (owner) did a great job working with us. Was on time. Maintained a clean working area. Fixed the problems. Pricing was very reasonable. He'll be our 'appliance guy' from now on. Great experience.

Michael was prompt, ordered and installed parts, was very careful to ensure that we got what we needed (including even a senior's discount!). He went beyond what was billed in advising and assisting me with cleaning and parts for our oven and washer/dryer.

Michael was very polite when I first contacted him by phone to explain our problem. He indicated that the problem was probably a faulty switch. Within a few days, he had the parts and was at our house doing the work. He was very professional and was far less expensive than it would have been to have Sears come and do the work. Not to mention that I probably would have waited much longer for Sears to come do the work.

I was extremely impressed. All I could do was just stand there in awe and watch him work. Michael really loves what he does and it really shows! Seriously one of the nicest persons I have ever met. It was a pleasure doing business with him. Michael turned my negative experiance (broken washer) into a positive one!

After I called and explained the problem with my washing machine Michael came to my home within about one hour. He had the correct part with him and promptly replaced the lid switch and then tested it to be sure it was working. He was very thorough in explaining what just what the problem was and exactly what he was doing to fix it. He also gave a 1 year warranty for the part and labor. He also was willing to give me some tips on getting the most efficiency out of my VERY OLD refrigerator and freezer.

He was excellent. Most of people whom I contacted told that they didn’t have the parts and what ever but he just got the parts and fixed it in two days. He charged $250 and It was lot less than purchasing an oven.

Very quick and efficient and much less than other service contractors. I imagine he has low overhead and is sharp as a tack as compensation for being such a small business. He also had great training in electronic troubleshooting in the military. A great guy. He called back very quick and made arraignments for an estimate. Gave his best guesses on the problem and estimated the cost up front. At our approval he dug in and fixed the problem fast. The most professional manner of any repairman I've ever met.

My oven doors open as if brand new (1975 double oven) and he found out hinges are available if I ever need them replaced. The top oven lit several more times so we will see how it goes. The lower oven never had a problem lighting we just couldnt open the door! (A screw on the inside had fallen off and jammed the door) I am so happy to have found this appliance repair service. Michael was efficient, very knowledgeable, reasonably priced and HONEST! I will be recommending his company to my friends and All City Appliance will be my ONLY appliance repair company.

Michael was responsive, prompt and courteous. He provided a fair and honest estimate of the repairs as well as his recommendations - repair or replace. He also completed a quick fix of our fridge for a nominal charge which was not part of the original service call.

Everything went well. All work was performed well and it was nice that Michael was willing to swap parts from the other washer. That saved money and time on a return call. The dryer ducts had a lot of lint that was removed. I certainly would call All City Appliance again if I needed future repairs.

Although this was not an emergency situation, Mike came out the next day to assess the situation. He made the minor repair to the dishwasher, ordered parts for the dryer, and made recommendations regarding the washing machine. He returned in two days to finish the work (remember, this was not an emergency). Mike was always polite, professional, and punctual. It was a pleasure to work with him.

He's very fair, prices are fair, he's honest, he left everything clean and I would recommend him.

I called All City Appliance to have my oven repaired. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. On the day of the appointment, Mike arrived on time and got right to work. He quickly determined that the ignitor in my oven needed to be replaced. He had the part on hand and installed it with ease, answering my questions while he worked. He was in and out in under 30 minutes. Then oven works great now! Mike was very professional and friendly. I definitely recommend All City Appliance!

Very professional service. The only reason I gave a B in punctuality is that they were about 18 minutes late past the 2 hour window I was given. However, it is a understandable with a one man shop and he was very apologetic. Service was done quickly and efficiently. $50 service call went towards the repair and 1 year warranty. There was a feel -good, honest feeling with All City.

I was glad to meet him at my house during the work day. He explained who he is, and that he works on his own. I showed him the problem, which he promptly diagnosed and fixed. When it was clear that the fan would take longer and be more complicated to fix, he gave me an invoice which was quite reasonable, and I paid him and went back to work. He remained in the house until the job was done, and left me no mess. I would call him again in a minute for any similar work. He also gave me some hints on how to clean those pesky filters in the hood -- once out, they are much too greasy to put back without cleaning. I was able to clean them myself and put them back easily. He gave me a preliminary quote over the phone, I think about $50 for the trip out, plus time and materials. He didn't need parts, but he did need tools and lots of time. The cost was very reasonable; the stove was actually a separate operation from the hood fan.

He called back the same day and he diagnosed the problem the following day and returned within a day to replace the defective part. All of this was done at a time when it was convenient for us. He used to work for SEARS appliance repair service before striking out on his own. Very fast and very ernest. Impressive!

Michael answered my call promptly and arrived at my home promptly to examine the problem with my dishwasher; he introduced himself and told me about his experience, something I really appreciated. He was polite, quick and efficient. I was extremely impressed impressed. We set up a date for a follow up appointment to install the new part, a motor, which was the problem. This was also done on the following working day. The dish washer is running smoothly again, I am very happy with this experience and would recommend Michael's and his company, All City Appliance to my family and friends. It was such a good experience. I don't have to worry again about having something break down, knowing Michael can be called upon to come over and take care of it. Mrs. K. Z. The work was excellent. Michael recognized the problems with the refrigerator and provided the the solutions to fix each problem

It was great because I had the option to replace a part that cost $15 as opposed to something that would have cost $100 plus. The service was excellent. I would definitely recommend them highly.

It went very well. It was an old refrigerator and wasn't able to buy a new one so I was hoping they would be able to fix it. They did! They were prompt and had to seek out an old part, came back and put it in. Mike was very pleasant. I was very pleased with them. The refrigerator works well. I would certainly not hesitate to him.
