Description of Work: I contacted All City through the Angie's List site to have my 14 years old dryer repairs. I heard back within an hour to schedule an appointment. Wait time was reasonable. Service was thorough and efficient. Repair was done right the first time - I needed a replacement part which the tech had on his truck. He also recommended a dryer vent provider who proved to be great. I couldn't be more pleased.

Description of Work: Mike is very professional. Fixed my oven and said if what he did did not correct the problem then we would need to order a part and he would deduct the cost of this visit from the next.

Description of Work: Mike repaired an inoperable washing machine. I was very impressed with Mike's service. I've been dealing with repair people for over 30 years and Mike is as good as I've encountered. He clearly has the kind of analytical mind that's perfect for a repair person. I was particularly impressed that he sought the simplist solution and not the most expensive one. I will certainly use Mike again when I have a major appliance to repair.

Description of Work: Replaced a part on my refrigerator. It went very well. Did an excellent job and got my fridge back up and functioning when I was dreading the thought of having to purchase a new one.

Description of Work: They came to look at my gas dryer. They advised that I could buy a new dryer for what it would cost to repair. Also advised on brands that were more reliable. I appreciated their honesty and decided to purchase a new dryer.

Description of Work: Mike answered the phone promptly. He told me exactly how much the service call was, and what was the top limit the charge could be. HE gave me a two-hour window and arrived toward the end of it. I was gone when he arrived and he worked with my husband. He was finished in less than 40 minutes. We are satisfied with the results and the dishwasher works fine two months later.

Description of Work: Washing machine stopped spinning, leaving a wet mess of laundry in the well, and made ominous noises. All city came here quickly, diagnosed the problem as a shot motherboard and went out and got the replacement, came back w/in the hour and installed it. Pricey, but worth it.
