Description of Work: They have done my sidewalks and driveway the past two winters, excellent job. Last week they put mulch around the house, looks very nice.

Description of Work: Called & Clint came out the same day and on time, very professional with good suggestions for rebuilding a small retaining wall and redoing some other stone edging around shrubs. Took 1 week to get a written proposal but seemed a fair price. Also gave us some quotes on lawn service and snow removal. We decided to go with another contractor, but I really liked Clint and would not hesitate to contact him in the future if needed.

Description of Work: I have contracted with Alberts Contracting to do regular lawn maintenance. They started out by doing a yard clean up and gutter cleaning. They are doing a great job.

Description of Work: Driveway/sidewalk snow removal and salting Milwaukee corner lot. | |Snow will be removed from my driveway/city walk/front walkway at my home. |Snow plowing service shall begin after 1 inch of snow. Salt will be applied as necessary (including less than 1" of snow accumulation). This contract is for the entire season of November 2014-April 2015. |

Description of Work: Lawn maintenance. They are doing a great job. We have a landscPing project on the books that I will review once it is done (waiting on a paving job first).

Description of Work: I called another contractor last fall and established a verbal contract for work to begin in the first weeks of this spring. I made phone calls leaving several messages trying to pin that contractor down for a start time. After being unable to reach them, I called several companies, hoping someone could fit in my small job but no one was interested. When I called Albert's Contracting, I explained to Clint I was frustrated with the lack of follow by the other company and I was very anxious to get my grading job done. I explained to Clint I had a very small job I'd hope he could fit in to his very busy schedule.

Description of Work: We decided we needed our field stone patio and garden pathways redone. I had gotten Clint Albert's name from a friend and he was highly recommended for landscaping work. I initially was going to call him for help with planting and removing shrubs but I called to see if he installed patios. He did. We made an appointment for him to give us an estimate and within a few days he was here and right on time too. He brought a book with his" before and after" pictures of patios and walkways that he had done. I was considering using a different type of stone but my husband wanted to use the field stone that we already had. Clint gave us an estimate on both and recommended we look at the different options in person and decide which we wanted. We did that and determined that we wanted to stay with the field stone. He came back to take more measurements since I wanted a few pathways removed and one extended. I also wanted 2 benches moved forward and the stones underneath reset. He had a busy schedule and said the date would be about 2 weeks out and that was just fine with us. We determined an approximate date. Clint called a few days prior to the date and we set the day and time. The special gravel was delivered the day before the scheduled work. I was surprised when Clint arrived because I thought someone else would be doing the work but he explained he had people working on another project so he and Dan would do it. We had talked about everything we wanted done previously and Clint and Dan did everything perfectly without any additional discussing. The entire project took about a day and a half. We are impressed with the final results! What is great also was that with removing some of the pathways, we didn't need any additional field stone. That is just what Clint said would happen and we were thrilled that he was right! We'll be calling him in Spring for help with the shrubs, transplanting and possibly re-sodding the front yard. We are even considering him for snow removal but are still discussing that.
