The next day I pulled into Alarm-tronics with the alarm going off. The lady working behind the desk was very helpful. I was quite upset at the whole situation. She was able to go out to my car and get the alarm to stop. She told me to come back in a couple hours and looks like they had to install a whole new system comparable to the one I had which would be a few hundred dollars or more, as I recall. When I went back an hour or so later, to my pleasant surprise, the owner's wife's car had the exact same system on her car that I had, and they were planning on selling the car so he sold me her remote for $50.00, which he said is what he paid for it. I believe it was an extra remote. I was very happy that he had saved me lots of money and had it working with the system I had on my car and did not have to spend a lot of money..

Quality work at a fair price. The remote starter works great! They did the work pretty fast and left my vehicle clean of any materials. I would definitely come back.

Visited twice to discuss job and last time he acted like he could care less if he got my work. Told me to come back when he was slow 9:00 3:00 so he could look up information. I'm self employed and for him to ask me to do this meant more cost to me (lost work). I just got a feeling the owner was someone I do NOT want to do business with. Maybe it's me but.. based on earlier reports, I understand the frustration and wanted to report mine.

I called on a Thursday about getting kit installation. Owner said they usually have same day service so I said I'd come in Saturday. When I got there he said he couldn't install that day because he had 10 jobs. He suggested Monday. I asked how long he was open & he said 5:00 p.m. I arranged for a friend to meet me @ the store Monday a.m. & take me to work. Same friend was to leave work early, as was I, so I could get to the store by 5:00 p.m. The store called at 1:30 & said kit was installed. I said I'd be there by 5:00 & was told the owner was leaving @3:00. That meant both friend & I had to leave work 2 hrs earlier than planned. I arrived @ 2:50. I told owner I was informed store was open till 5:00; owner's response was his "guys" were leaving early due to St. Patrick's Day & he hadn't known anything about it. I said I wish he had told me ahead of time about leaving early. He reiterated the St. Patrick's Day story & said "I apologize." He was very pleasant but actually unapologetic.

We were very pleased. Randy the owner was very professional, knowledgeable, and fair. It was just a first rate experience. The store was clean and the price was nice.
