Brian from Air Solutions was prompt in responding on a weekend and quickly diagnosed the water heater problem relating to a vapor switch that needed replacement. He also replaced the boiler expansion tank. Brian has 12 years extensive experience in heating and cooling. He is brilliant in his ability to diagnose problems and fix them. His prices are reasonable. He is respectful to and has patience in explaining issues to his customers. He is customer friendly and a great conversationalist. I highly recommend Brian and Air Solutions.

Brian arrived early and completed the maintance. The 2015 installation of a new air conditioner is still without leaks when a competitor 2007 install was blamed on early vandalism instead of finding the leak.

It went great. Brian arrived on time and walked me through everything that needed to be done, time frame, what to expect, etc. and completed the job as promised. Afterward, I asked about another potential problem we had and he checked it out for us by crawling up into the attic crawl space and investigating the issue. Turned out not to be HVAC related, but he provided a good idea of what was going on and pointed us in the right direction for that fix. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and the job was completed perfectly. Highly recommended.

It was great.

Very well. I had had a problem with water running in basement when I turned on the air conditioning, figuring something in the system was clogged. Brian knew instantly where the clog was, cleared it, and I have had no more water problem when I turn on the unit. He also showed me how the outside unit was covered with a layer of dirt, etc., just inside the panels. He hosed everything down, even removing the panels to make sure it was all clean. It had not occurred to me that this would happen, although, thinking it through, the unit sucks in air just like a vacuum cleaner does, and that has a filter which needs replacing or cleaning on a regular basis. The air conditioner has a filter, too, and it needs cleaning regularly. Brian recommended cleaning at least twice yearly: at the beginning and end of the season, and more often if needed. Brian from Air Solutions has been servicing our furnace and AC unit for 8-9 years. He's professional, knowledgeable, and isn't a pushy salesman. We've have him check things out semiannually as well as install a new AC unit. I highly recommend Air Solutions.
