They were extremely professional and efficient. Helped us reconfigure items already placed in the POD in order to get the larger pieces to fit. We were able to load all of the items because of their assistance. They did more in the two hours than we could have done in two days. They were polite and extremely helpful. We would hire them in the future and highly recommend them.

Dennis, the owner, is a seasoned pro at this although you wouldn't get that necessarily via phone or email. The company doesn't come across as polished but they are vets. We were moving a 1-bedroom ~3 hours away. I asked for a binding quote, which most movers in MKE will not do. A previous move by Coakley Bros (literally 1 mile down the strret) took them 7 hours which should have taken 3 because they'd only quote me hourly). Quotes from Dennis at 2 men but told that 3 would be coming because of how hot the weather had been (in the 90's). The morning of the move 2 men showed up for what has always been a 3-man job. Took them 10 hours and they were dripping sweat onto all of our belongings. It was too much for 2 men to do in the heat. Also it took some prodding to get them to use their pads on our furniture. Dennis had told me not to worry- that we shouldn't wrap anything because his crew would do it. In person the crew said they'd be careful and wouldn't need to use all the pads. We insisted they do that, especially with our leather. To no avail. Depsite them wrapping things, they dropped our couch because again 2 men was not enough for this move. They were too tired and had no strength by the time they showed up at our next place. So the leather in the couch now has a rip. They priced fairly well but this was really too much for 2 guys and I would have paid more to have the couch remain intact. Replacing the couch would have cost more than the entire move and I couldn't get that model again since it was a year old when the guys ripped it.

OUR EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. THE MOVERS WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, HARD WORKING AND VERY CAREFUL TO PROTECT ALL OF OUR FURNISHINGS. THEY PADDED AND WRAPPED EVERYTHING TO PROTECT FROM DAMAGE WHILE IN STORAGE. THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT.

The owner personally gave us the on-site estimate. Their payment matched the estimate. The movers were right on time. They worked without a break. It was an incredibly hot day and the job required a lot of stair travel. They did not stop or slow down until the job was finished. I would strongly recommend their work.
