+ -1 moreWE HAD SOME ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS WITH OUR EUREKA VACUUM, THE PROBLEM WAS WITH THE MOTOR. WE TOOK IT TO THEM FOR REPAIR. HE TOOK A $20 DEPOSIT AND WE GOT THE VACUUM BACK SIX WEEKS LATER AND PAID $40 UPON PICK UP. HE SAID THAT HE TESTED IT AND IT WORKED FINE, BUT WHEN WE TRIED IT WE FOUND THAT THERE WAS SOMETHING STUCK DEEP WITHIN THE HOSE BLOCKING THE AIR PASSAGE, RENDERING THE VACUUM UNUSABLE. HE EVEN TOLD US THAT OUR BALL-BEARINGS NEEDED LUBRICATED BUT THEY ARE SEALED BEARINGS WHICH DO NOT NEED LUBRICATION. WE FEEL THAT HE IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE AND NOT BEING HONEST WITH HIS SERVICE. WE ARE VERY DIS-SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE. I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN AND I WOULD WARN OTHERS TO STAY AWAY.
