Description of Work: nothing, had a appointment set up and technician never showed, no phone call or anything, this was on a Friday waited till Monday and attempted to call them, no answer, made several attempts that week with the same results, no answer, left voice mail to which they never responded, this is a heck of a way to do business

 + -1 moreI have a 16 year old Toshiba TV. It is used quite a bit and the picture was getting "wonky" (fading, rolling, bright color flashes). I didn't if it would be cheaper to replace or repair. I sent an email and Butch was pretty much straight forward and told me it would be better to replace the set. I asked for brand recommendations if it was best to replace my current set and Butch was kind enough to advise. Based on this experience alone, I would recommend Butch for his honesty. Others may have taken advantage of the situation by repairing the TV for the income. Again, thank you Butch for all of your helpful advice.

Description of Work: On 3/3/2010, Butch came to repair my Sony projection TV as the picture would flash on and off after 30 min. or so. I was in doubt as to whether or not it could be repaired because it is a 10+ year old model. As I finally got around to write this review now (some 10 months later), I am very pleased to say that my TV has been working perfectly since his visit! Butch was very cordial, on time, and very knowledgeable about his work. I usually like to ask questions about the mechanisms, etc., and he was so nice to unform me with the answers. What was required was an adjusting of some dials on the front panel that had loosened over the years. He knew exactly what needed adjusting from my description of the problem. He proceeded to clean the entire mirror lens and screen and gave me the microfiber towel to keep. The work was done in less than 45 min. and included a 90 day labor service warranty. The cost was $40 trip charge and $95 labor. This was well worth the price as I still am enjoying my perfectly operating TV nearly a year later. Great service, response time, price, and customer friendly folks; from Michelle who answered my initial call to Butch. This is the great service we all seek in a business!
