 + -1 moreTom and his team did an excellent job replacing the liner in our in ground pool. The workers were very professional and arrived on time. Very easy to communicate with Tom regarding any questions that I had. I would highly recommend for your pool services.

 + -1 moreThe first person that came out was on time, courteous, and professional. We started to look at the pump, but unfortunately the timer switch picked the wrong time to fail and we couldn't get power to the pump. He wasn't an electrician and didn't feel comfortable working with the timer. Other companies have electrical experience or an electrician on staff, so this was unfortunate, but understandable. They called their electrician, but I didn't hear from him. I got a new timer to replace it myself. When I called back to set up an appointment to put the pump in, a different person answered and told me it would be 1-2 days just to set up a new appointment. Since it's almost December in Wisconsin, I was a little surprised at the amount of time just to set up and appointment. The conversation had a normal and professional tone, but when I tried to explain that the water had been sitting covered and stagnant for days and needed to be circulated, he cut me off, would not let me speak and hung up on me. If you can work with just Brian, he is very professional. The other person is rude and unprofessional. I would not call them again.

 + -1 moreA difficult job and a long process (many months). I have an old house and repairs are frequently an adventure. Always professional when in contact, and treated fairly. Time between contacts was sometimes long; would have appreciated a few more updates on progress. Sometimes Tom does not get messages from the person who answers the phone during the day, and can't reach him directly, so communication can be an issue.
Description of Work: Identified crack in spa bathtub jet. Located replacement jets for a tub no longer made. Attempted to replace jets and others cracked. Identified need to replace tub. Ordered new tub; it arrived cracked; ordered second tub and installed. Later, replaced leak in drain after installation. Throughout process, coordinated the staff (plumber, carpenter, etc.)
