Excellent customer service and communication. Returned my call very quickly and got me on the schedule for my pool closing the same week. I will be hiring Tom and his company for all my pool needs going forward.

Went with Tom and company to replace our pool liner. Great decision as they were timely, professional, and courteous in all of our dealings. Price was very competitive with A-level service, I would highly recommend Accurate Pool and Spa for any work needed in the Milwaukee area.

Our experience was absolutely phenomenal. Accurate Spa and Pool provided me with an estimate and came out to my house promptly after I spoke with Tom on the phone. Tom responded to my questions, and concerns immediately and made me feel at ease with the process. We felt extremely comfortable with the process and the customer service is great. We were told that the pool liner would be replace at the end of May, and was extremely surprised when Tom installed it 2+ weeks early! This was by far the best pool company customer service we have had. I highly recommend Accurate Spa and Pool Service.

The time came to replace our 11-year-old vinyl pool liner. After researching several local companies, we settled on ASAP Spa & Pool. We are so glad we did! The company owner Tom did a fantastic job with our oddly shaped pool. He has a long history of replacing liners of all types. That was the kind of knowledge and expertise I was looking for. For us, he’s the only one to talk to about repairs, replacements and upgrades.

I received a call from someone who only installs in-ground liners. However, he referred me to someone who does above ground liners and that person was amazing. I would use them again in a heart beat!

Absolutely awesome work and their experience with kidney shaped in ground pools was incredible. They took over 100 measurements to accurately replace the vinyl linear for my in ground swimming pool. The linear looks amazing after installation and they even used the pool measurements to order a custom made mesh safety pool cover as well. Thank you Tom, Ron, Jimmy, and all your staff for taking care of my pool needs. You are the greatest!

They came out and were able to tighten up a few things in my hot tub to stop the leaking. Also - since we got the hot tub when we moved into a new home, they were able to give me some pointers on hot tub care and maintenance!

Arrived on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem that was a lack of power to the jets and lights. It was a $10 fuse, so an instant fix and I couldn't be happier. I had called the folks at Accurate Spa and Pool after a friend recommended I give them a try. I had received 2 prior quotes for my in ground pool and even though they were similar in cost I was not convinced the end result would be what i was looking for. Calling A S A P was the Best Advise I'd gotten in 50 years. To my relief they solved a couple of design issues that no one else seamed to have an answer for and completed the lob a week ahead of schedule . End result, my wife is extremely happy and for me that's all I have to say.

I recently had Accurate Spa and Pool fix a problem we were having with our hot tub. It turned out to be a really minor fix, thank goodness, and I'm glad to have called them because of their honest assessment. We've used Accurate before to open our pool for the season too, and they've always been great. Reliable service!

We recently used ASAP for installing a hot tub at our home. I don't usually write reviews, but I did want to let others know about the great service we had and how happy we were with the costs. We looked into many companies and ASAP was by far the best paying for your buck. It was fast service and all the workers were very pleasant. We also recommend them to my sister in law for some repairs on her hot tub. She needed a new computer board and needed a leaked fixed. She lives quite far from the Milwaukee area, but they still drove out there and fixed it within a week. Highly recommend ASAP
