Overall, Accurate did a superb, professional job in repairing the basement in my mother's 60 year old home. My mother recently moved out of her home that she and my father built in 1952, While getting the house ready for sale, the realtor noted that one of the walls in the basement needed to be inspected and possibly repaired due to a noticable horizontal crack, A certified engineer completed the inspection and reported that bracing was needed to prevent further bowing of the wall. We also needed to check the drain tile to ensure that future water problems could be avoided. We picked Accurate to do the work based on the recommendation of the realtor. Chris from Accurate thoroughly explained the process for completing the job and provided a complete cost estimate so that there would be no surprises. The total job was done in a professional and timely manner. The quality of the work was impressive. Each step of the job was inspected. The part that I appreciate along with the quality of the work, was the coordination of the work with other contractors who were doing remodeling work in the home. Accurate completed the work in time so that there was no delay in completing the basement refinishing,i.e. drywalling, painting and flooring. Accurate was a pleasure to work with and the basement looks great!
Description of Work: The basement work was done on a 60 year old cape cod home. The work included drain tile testing followed by drain tile replacement, installation of a sump pit and pump, refinishing the floor, and bracing of a slightly bowed basement wall. After the bracing was comleted, the cracks in the wall were repaired.

I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and would highly recommend them
Description of Work: I had Accurate Basements come out to my mothers house to review water seepage in the corner of the basement with my wallet open and ready for what i thought would be costly repairs including drain tile replacement. Chris came out and spent almost an hour reviewing the leakage issues and also inspecting all the walls throughout the basement and to my spuprise i was told the issues were not with the wall or drain tiles but with the landscaping which was the causse of the problem. They told me what they thought would solve my issue and charged me nothing. They were also kind enough to suggest a person that could help with the landscaping issues at a reasonable cost. Not only were they honest and extremely helpful but wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend calling Accurate for any of your basement issues as they have proven to me that they are extremely honest, fair, and professional. And since the house was going on the market they also offered to share their finding with any prospective buyers their report on their findings in regards to the good condition on the walls. I did hire the person they suggested for the land scaping issues and the work was done professionally and at a reasonable cost Al Hungsberg Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin

Accurate Basement Repairs hand dug the exterior foundation to prevent potential damage to the front of our home. They realigned the foundation wall and installed steel beams to reinforce the foundations structure. They also installed a sump pump as a preventive measure even though water in the basement had not been an issue. As part of the service they addressed a minor issue in another area of the basement again as a preventive measure. The work was done when promised, in a professional manner with all debris removed daily and for the cost quoted on the front end. Chris and his team went out of their way to educate us as to the repair to be made and they were extremely easy to work with. I'd recommend Accurate Basement Repair to anyone dealing with a foundation repair issue.

Things began well. Paul was very responsive, followed up with me after our initial meeting to see if I had any additional questions that he might be able to answer. I was impressed. Having worked with a number of contractors over the years (it becomes a second job iwth a house nearing 110 years). But then things changed. And why they did remains a mystery to me. Paul left for a vacation, and turned my account over to his boss, Chris, an owner of the company (Paul had called me on the Friday before he left). I had great expectations for this turn of events, since the salesman was top notch, his boss must be at least as good. And all Chris was to do was stop by, take a final visual for himself and then write up the proposal with the work to be done and the cost. I did find it a bit odd that Paul instructed me to give a follow-up call to Chris if I had not heard back from him by Wednesday. Wednesday came, and I gave a call over to the office. The woman on the other end knew who I was and what I was looking for. She reassured me that she would follow-up with Chris when he was back in the office. I held out for a week after that, thinking that perhaps Paul would follow-up or that Chris would make the requested call. No such luck. Needless to say, I would not recommend this business. While they started out on the right foot, provided follow-up and had an impressive set of references (I was even encouraged to go to one of their current customer's home in my neighborhood to see what was bening done and what I might expect), it seems the owner must not have the same dedication to his own business as his employees have. If the owner cannot have the dedication to his company as his employees have, what kind of dedication would he have had to my home? This was not by far and away the most expensive project they would have encountered, nor I'm sure the most challenging, but it would have cost me approximately $14,000 (approximately what I ended up paying to another company). Oh, and a mediocore rating on Angie's List.
Description of Work: We needed some structural work performed on our basement. Accurate was to be our first of 3 bids. At this point we had not yet had a structural engineer look at the property, and as such we were not 100% certain what we need to have done, nor how nuch it would cost. Ultimately what was needed was two corners of the house needed to have the outer layer of brick (basement is built of double course, Cream City brick) rebuilt as one corner had begun to fall away from the house and the other corner was showing signs that it may begin to do the same. Additionally, the stairway leading from the outside to the basement proper (with a bilco door) was bowing and needed to be replaced. Paul had come over to assess the basement, provide his professional thoughts, determine what we were looking to have done and why and to then provide us with a written estimate for work that Accurate could perform. Paul did in fact, perform a thorough assessment with me in tow, and described the options he felt could be considered feasible and reasonable for our situation. He went through a very thorough and professional folder that documented the various certifications he himself held, as well as the various accolades Accurate held (among them being a high rating from Angie's List, the BBB, NARI, etc.). I felt very much at ease with our interaction and discussion, and Paul presented himself as a true professional. Paul did not provide an estimate onsite that first day. He needed to check some things out to ensure that he was providing an accurate figure. He was able to provide me with a referral to a structural engineer (Jendusa). which we used and were very pleased with thier work.

Andrea called to inform me of my start date, June 20th (without discussing with me first.) At first I agreed but after discussing it with my wife we agreed to have work start on the days my wife was off of work (Mondays and Tuesdays). The next opening for a Monday/Tuesday would be Monday July 25th. I was told it would be a 2-3 day job. The contract also says job was to be finished 2-3 days after the start date. On Friday July 22nd I called Andrea at ~10:00 to verify the appointment because I had not heard from them. She told me that they wouldn?t be starting on Monday because of some rain we had. I told her of the scheduling restriction (work only being done on my wife?s off days) so she said they could start work on Tuesday the 26th. When I inquired about the details of work/city inspection, she told me the city of Milwaukee inspectors were hard to ?pin down? and couldn?t give me a firm time for the inspection. She told me told there were two inspections ? one after the drain tiles were installed and one after the beams were installed. However I started to think ?how can they quote two days work when there are two inspections and they can?t verify the time of the inspections?? However, after discussing the matter more she said that there would only be one inspection. Accurate would install the drain tiles and the beams, the inspector verifies the work and then Accurate pours the concrete. Ok, fair enough. They came on Tuesday and installed the drain tiles and the beams. She called and scheduled the inspection for Monday Aug 1st at 11:30am. I asked if they would pour the concrete after the inspection. She told me it was probably not because they had a large job elsewhere and would not be able to get to our house in time. She asked if it would be possible to schedule a time at night (after 5pm). I said yes after 5 would be fine. The inspector showed up on time and approved the work on Monday Aug 1st. On Tuesday she called me and left a message asking if they could come on Wednesday night the 3rd. I called her back a left a message and said that would be fine. I asked her to call me back to verify. She never returned my call nor did anyone show up Wednesday night to perform the work. On Thursday (the 4th) morning around 10am I called her to ask why they hadn?t called or shown up. She said she never got my message so they didn?t show up. This is the same answering machine I?ve left every other message on and she received those just fine, but somehow she didn?t get this one. So, we agreed to Friday night the 5th. She said she would call the guy performing the work and she would call me back. Again she didn?t call back on Thursday. I had to call her Friday at around 2:00pm again to let her know how irritated I was getting with the lack of attention my project was getting. She said she was sorry and that she was going to call the guy doing the work (again) and that she would call me back. I left work at 4:30 not hearing anything. At 7:00pm on Friday night I received a call but I did not call back because I was busy. Sunday afternoon I got a call saying they would be at my house at 7:00am Tuesday morning. I told him I was getting mad about the lack of communication and my 2-3 day project has turned into nearly 2 weeks. Politely he tried to say it was partially my fault for having a restricted (Mon/Tue)schedule but I reiterated that they were the ones who stated to project late and pushed my job out because of a larger one. They showed up on Tuesday morning and finished the job. The work looked great as far as I could tell but at that point I was mad enough that I didn?t really care I just wanted my basement back. I got a call on Thursday Aug 11th from one of the owners. He apologized about the communication problems. He said the past few weeks were really busy and they were taking steps to improve the communication. We recieved the bill a few days later for the balance due. My wife called to pay by credit card but was told they don't accept credit cards. Now, I'm not sure if this was my responsibity to ask what payment types they accept or it's their responsibiliy to tell us what type of payments they accept. Half of me thinks if they only accept cash or check that it would be communicated upfront. When I asked Andrea about it she said she had never had anyone ask to pay by credit which seems odd. I can't imaging someone with an emergency basement repair would have that kind of money on hand. So, I'm writing this with mixed emotions. Yes the work was done well but the communication was terrible. Yes, we asked to have work done on specific days but we also waited an extra month to get those days only to have them start late anyway. Even then, I had to call them to find out about the delay. If the inspectors are that hard to schedule, this should be told to the customer so they at least have some forewarning that delays might take place. As far the cash/credit issue, I'm just not sure what to think. It would have nice to known before hand.
Description of Work: We had water seeping through the foundation in two corners of our basemet. This water would accumulate at the bottom of our steps nealy every time it rained. I called Accurate for an estimate. They came out and did a drain tile test to get an accurate picture of the problem. They determined that we needed to replace the drain tiles on half of the East wall, all of the North wall and half the East wall. In addition to that we needed to support the entire West and and half the East wall. We have a pretty small house so the drain tile total was about 51ft and about 54ft with supports. I decided to go with Accurate because of the testing they provided before starting work. It just made sense to verify the problem before starting work and the cost of the test was applied to the final bill. The quote they sent me also was riddled with Angie’s list recommendations, NARI endorsements etc. It made me feel a little better about spending $7500 for basement repairs.

My basement walls were bowing in and needed to be repaired, along with the drain tile. Paul the estimator came out and showed me what they would do and went over the history of the business. I received several quotes from other companies (there are quite a few franchises out there that I would stay away from) and Accurate was average in pricing. What impressed me the most was the work ethic of Accurate Basement Repair's employees! I was at work while the guys were at my house (my wife and father were there) and I came home for lunch to find an army of clean-cut workers wearing Accurate Basement Repair shirts and working hard. By noon of the first day they had a wall excavated and tarred it, the concrete covering the whole parameter of the basement was jack hammered up down to the footings and the concrete and dirt dumped into their truck. Fred (one of the owners) was on the job site and explained everything to me. Accurate isn't the cheapest quote in town, but you get what you pay for...do you want to screw up your foundation to save 1-2 grand? If you want a job done right the first time, call Accurate. They left my house and yard spotless and they even swept the street! I was also amazed at how fast they completed the job. Accurate was very flexible and even able to work with my plumber's schedule so that he could finish his work and they could come back later in the week to pour the concrete. I hope to never have basement issues in future homes, but if I do, I will call Accurate Basement Repair.

We are still in the process. They looked at the front stoop which is sagging and has been mudjacked several times by the previous owners. We knew that would not be an option now because of possible structural problems due to the sagging. They came out gave us some pointers, but did not want to give us a bid until they could physically see the wall, which requires us to remove a small built in closet in the affected corner. This made perfect sense - and they stated as soon as it was removed they would be more than happy to come back out. In the mean time try some of their landscaping suggestions to help pull water away from the walls to stop any further potential problems.
Description of Work: They were very professional. Prompt to come out. Gave us some excellent advice for helping the situation until we can afford to do the repair. Were extremely thorough on their investigation of the problem. We have to remove the wall in a small closet in the basement before they can give us an accurate estimate. We really appreciated their honesty!

Why did I select them? For starters: I liked the concern, sincerity and thoroughness of their sales rep/estimator, Paul, who has been with the company many years. No high pressure and in no hurry. Even came back a third time at my request to answer more of my questions and made himself available by cell phone any time day or night. He also suggested doing some little but important extras that the others didn?t think about. Liked the fact that they have only one team, a large group of young men that come in and are focused to do the job quickly, working long days. It impressed me that one of the company owners himself would be on my job both working and overseeing. And he has a lead Assistant working on the job, should the owner need to leave my job for a short while for any reason. I enjoyed talking to Andrea in the office who is very helpful and performs like a chief dispatcher and is seemingly on top of everything that?s going on at all times. I liked the fact that they attend various association and convention meetings during the year to keep up to date on trends and consequently have purchased some of the newest, most innovative equipment to do their job as efficiently and quickly as possible. There were a lot of grading problems I knew about concerning the outside of my home, which they were specifically able to correct for me during the outside excavation process. This was a MAJOR improvement to the front of my home and surely worth $$$ to my pocket book when I decide to sell the property. Another major issue was the patio. It didn?t look too bad except sadly it had sunk over the years and was now tilted wrong ? down, toward the front steps and basement, and it couldn?t be mud jacked, because I had tried over the years and was turned down. Replacement was required. This they subcontracted out and the job was quickly done a couple days after the basement work was completed. As part of the initial contract, I authorized the installation of 4 sona tubes (Paul?s idea) so the patio will never move again. My new patio is LOVELY and so complimentary to my home, much better than I had hoped. When I signed the contract I had such a peace. I requested they do the job early in June, and that?s when they came, on June 7. The morning they arrived they were like a well-drilled army troop. They pulled up at 7 am in lots of very clean, impressive equipment, loaded with well-mannered, courteous young men who knew exactly what to do at all times. Plywood boards covered the lawn where they walked so as not to disturb that grass; the basement stairs were covered with a tarp; heavy plastic sheeting surrounded the area to be worked on to keep any dust at a minimum, and on and on. During the 2 days they were here, everyone automatically knew what they should do at a given time and they worked hard straight through, from 7 am until 5 pm or so without any visible breaks; and everyone remained congenial. Even though it was hot! The owner, Fred, has a good sense of humor and interacted so well with his crew; he personally ran the excavating equipment along the walls of the outside where the problems were. Fred was available at all times when I had any questions about anything. He also came looking for me a couple times to ask my preference about doing a certain thing. Also asked me periodically what I thought about the job they were doing. They really do bend over backwards to please their customers! When it was time to do the VERY important drain tile test, my salesman Paul and another man came to do it during an afternoon when rain was imminent and the crew had moved to another job nearby which was inside work. Paul asked me to participate as an observer during the testing since my home had to pass this test in order for ACCURATE to warrantee their basement work for 10 years. Before I signed the contract, Paul had made it a point to say that if my home would fail this test, then they would have to do extra and expensive work at so much a foot to break out cement in any of the floor where the drain tiles were bad and replace them with new ones. As it turned out, my tiles passed the test but we still decided it would be best and I was most comfortable with doing so, in installing a 2nd sump pump on the side where all the work was being done. Toward the very end of the job Paul even stopped by my home to talk to me and make sure I was pleased with how things were coming together, WHICH I WAS!! At the end of the job they brought in a lot of quality black dirt and did some minimal landscaping on their own to cover the excavated area so everything looked clean and neat. When they left it was simply amazing how quickly they loaded up all their supplies and even brought in a big sweeper machine to clean off the road in front of my home so it looked like they had never been here. They did EVERYTHING they said they would do and even took care of some important big and little things for me that popped up along the way. ACCURATE from beginning to end. They not only did what they said they would do but they did much more at no extra cost to me. I SIMPLY COULDN?T BE MORE PLEASED HOW EVERYTHING TURNED OUT. This company is truly, ?THE BEST OF THE BEST.?
Description of Work: I had some water in one area of my basement Rec Room 2 times in the last 3 years when flooding occurred. So early this spring I had a contractor friend pull down one section of the dry wall and insulation to see what was going on. BIG TIME PROBLEMS -- we found substantial wall cracks on 2 walls with one of the walls caving a lot, even creating 6 inverted basement blocks in the process. So I had to wreck/dismantle my entire Rec Room with the exception of the bath room which I hoped somehow to be able to preserve. I checked Angie’s List and searched out the 3 best basement repair companies who do excavation, and then went through the quoting process where I learned a lot. The one that stood out was Accurate Basement Repair. They ended up doing outside excavation on 1 3/4 walls; installed 27 metal support beams on my inside basement walls; installed a 2nd sump pump (submersible); and provided a new patio. Also most importantly, they found a way to preserve my downstairs bathroom which was in the midst of the messy repair area.

The initial phone call and onsite visit with the estimator (Chris) were great. The problem was that I was told the estimate would be mailed to me in 24-48 hours. When I didn't receive it 5-6 days later, I called the office several times without ever getting a return phone call. The estimate was delivered another 5+ days after that, but without any explanation for the delay. The price wasn't the cheapest, but it was in line. Unfortunately, by then I was hesitant to work with them due to the communication problems I'd experienced.

Stop looking. Seriously. You found the best. Accurate is who you want to do your repair. We were selling what we thought was our perfect little home. The purchase of our new home was contingent on this sale. When our buyers scheduled the inspection, I had ZERO reservations that the house would have issues. It turns out our basement walls had moved in the ten years we'd been there. Our buyers stayed with us. They got 4 quotes. I was there for all of them. Paul at Accurate was BY FAR the most thorough in explaining what they would do, when they could do it and how much it would cost. With the offer for our new home on the line, time was of the essence. Paul stayed late and wrote the quote that night. A few days later we gave the go ahead. They came in and did the drain tile test. Turns out there were issues there. The foundation to which they needed to connect the support beams to were actually 2 courses below the basement floor. They have to dig a trench 2 feet wide and 2 feet deep around two walls of the basement. This was unexpected by all. Accurate did not change the schedule for job completion even though the job just grew by 40%. The price did change, as expected. Accurate worked with me on the price, giving me the Shorewest discount and letting me remove some paneling and built in shelf units to help keep the cost down. They also gave me terms and let me pay the balance AFTER the closing on the new house. It all went like clockwork. Henry Ford would be proud. Every man on the job knows his roll and performs it with little lost in wasted effort or movement. For 3 days they took over our street with trucks and diggers and mixers. But as quick as they came, they left. Except for a new patch of asphalt in the driveway, you'd never know they were there. Like I said, the buyer of our home stayed with us the entire process. They got a beautiful little home with a 10 year guaranty on a rock solid basement. So in the end we asked ourselves. Who else quoted lower? No one. Who else offered to move their schedule around to fit us in so our other home purchase could go through? No one. Who else promised 3 days start to finish and delivered on that? No one. Who else let me save a few bucks by doing some demo myself? No one. Who else let me pay the balance AFTER the close of the home? No one. Who else should you be looking at to do your basement repair? No one. Stop looking. Seriously. You found the best.
Description of Work: Major basement repair. Dug out one wall, braced 2 from the inside, but had to dig down 2 feet from basement floor to get to foundation to attach beams.

My family was in the process of getting my mother's home ready for renting after she moved into assisted living. We were surprised by the bulging foundation in the basement about 3 weeks before the rental date. Chris from Accurate was one of the four companies I met with and I was impressed with his knowledge of the situation and his thorough explanation of his solution. He and his partner Fred promised me that the job would be done before tenants would move in and they accomplished this feat by fitting this job in between others. His crew was very efficient and professional and my family is grateful that the job got done on time. The only problem was that the situation dictated that they could not schedule a time that they would start or when they would be there working which made it very difficult for me to schedule other work that needed to be done, but that is not Accurates fault. I would not hesitate to recommend Accurate Basement Repair to anyone with a basement problem, in fact I already have. Thanks to Andrea in the office for putting up with my almost daily phone calls and always trying to get me scheduling information.
Description of Work: Accurate Basement Repair braced three walls in my mother's basement that were bowed about 3/4 of an inch. They also installed new drain tile through over half of the basement that was not finished with paneling. They tuckpointed all cracks.

A good education during the inspection & bidding meeting, backed by a reasonable bid. They can recommend a handyman to assist with preparation & then recovery after this highly invasive procedure. The job was done in three days (don't see how it could have been any faster!). Crew arrived when expected, required Village inspections were arranged and passed, job site left clean and secure when all was closed up. Specific date of work was a little soft at first, between my need to clear the area and the impact of the weather on their work. However, the administrative lady was in regular communication and it all worked out nicely in the end.
Description of Work: installed drain tile system & sump pump in basement of 1920's Shorewood home. DIscovered foundation was a "trench" style with deteriorating concrete, so dug additional width and poured a reinforcing berm before laying the drain tile.

Little slow to start but once they got going, repairs were made on schedule. Needed to come back for minor adjustments. All went well.

They were the ones I wanted for the basement repair and would have preferred to have. It was like your next door neighbor that was going to do your basement. They were real friendly. They were very nice. They followed through on everything. They were calling me on weekends because I was scrambling at the last minute to get estimates. They went beyond this Monday to Friday stuff. That's what stood out to me most. The guy was calling me from Madison during his son's concert. That was dedication. They wanted the business. They were going to do it. They were going to get it. They pointed out some other things too that I had to go back and question the other guy who actually did the work about. They even pointed out discrepancies in his estimate. But the buyers wanted that particular guy because the realtor had referred him. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: Accurate Basement Repair gave an estimate for basement repair that included reinforcing the basement walls, excavating one of the walls, replacing half the drain tile and installing a new sump pump.

They will be doing the work shortly. They were extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable. There was no high-pressure sale. They seemed to know what they were doing; they were experienced. They had good solutions to the problem. I will use them again in the future.

It took a while to get them to come out at first, because this was right after the flooding of July 2010, and they were very busy. I was not able to get any other company out sooner either. I was very pleased with Paul, their estimator. He suggested doing some tests with a garden hose on sections of my outside foundation that eventually helped me identify with more confidence which basement repair company to use. He was not in a big hurry to sell me something, as other companies were, and did not right up a recommendation until he had all the facts, which I appreciated. I had them dig a few test holes in the basement to examine and test the drain tile, which was worth the time and money, as it gave me a high degree of confidence I was pursuing the right solution. His team arrived to do the work right on time, put up plastic to keep the dust from cutting the concrete from getting into the rest of the basement, and used tarps to make sure they kept the house clean as they came in and out of the house. They worked quickly and efficiently, and were done installing about 60+ feet of drain tile in just about 5 1/2 hours. They took out a glass block window and dug out a window well for access to the basement, and put everything back perfectly, you cannot even tell they did it! I like that they put in access cleanouts so I can see the drain tile and how it behaves when the rains come again. I also am doing Radon remediation later, and they were knowledgable about what modifications to their standard install were needed. And they were very willing to allow me to caulk some areas that normally would be left open without affecting their warranty, which was key in being able to work with this company. I do not know how they compare on price, but I do feel I received lots of attention prior to giving them any money, and know that I did get a job well done with a company that has a long history in Milwaukee. I would recommend them highly.
Description of Work: Installed interior drain tile in a section of my basement. They removed a glass block window to facilitate taking out the mud and pouring in the concrete, and replaced it like new when they were done.

Our interview went very well. This was the first of three, so a learning experience. Chris assessed the problem inside and out. He then offered suggestions for repairs that we could do our selves. He did not feel that the problem was very serious-structure was sound. We elected to do the suggested repairs our selves after further estimates.
Description of Work: Chris offered suggestions that we could accomplish ourselves that would fix the crack in the basement wall. He was knowledgeable and called when late due to all of the road construction. We would definitely consider Accurate should we need them for another problem.

We had a great experience. We did a lot of research on potential contractors and received several estimates. While Accurate's quote was the highest of the estimates received, we also felt that they did (by far) the most thorough job during the quotation process. Chris came over 3 or 4 times during the quote process to ensure that he could provide the most thorough quote possible to avoid later surprises. He tested our drain tile (which none of the other contractors did) and waited to provide a final quote until we removed enough of the basement drywall to allow him to get a complete picture of the condition of the foundation. He only recommends work that he feels is necessary - he will not try to oversell to earn additional business (as other contractors tried to do). Communication before and during the job was excellent. The job was completed in two days. The crew cleaned up the basement and the yard very nicely. The work comes with a 10 year warranty. We feel confident that our basement issues are behind us. Continue the great work!
Description of Work: Two walls were fully excavated and waterproofed and three interior basement walls were reinforced. A second sump pump was installed and a storm window was replaced. An egress window was installed.

They were very efficient and appeared to have done a great job (unlike prior repairs). Efficiency especially relevant since we had a major flood event the day after they filled the dug out trenches.
Description of Work: Two walls dug out and plumbed. Walls reinforced. Drain tiles improved.

Work was completed as discussed within 3 days with excellent clean up each day, both inside and around property/street access. Communication as to work times, what would be done each day and what had been accomplished (all inspections completed/passed plus ongoing work) was excellent and staff were responsive if had questions/calls. Also was provided with tradesmen to contact for finishing work (plumping, plastering, carpentry, electrical) who were competent/certified and charged reasonable fees, which we used and were very satisfied with their work, cost and promptness in completing work.
Description of Work: Inside basement work consisted of installing complete interior drain tile system around all external walls; installing a sump pump and capping palmer valve; gaining entrance through one glass block basement window and replacing same with new glass block window when done. Outside excavation work consisted of removing front stoop concrete and completing water proofing work between side door and front door. Landscaping was protected with plywood boards for large equipment use during excavation and since done during winter, negligible/acceptable impact was noted. Replacement of front stoop concrete will be done this spring due to weather.

We contacted one other company and chose Accurate because they were 1/2 the price and were less intrusive. My experience was good and they did a very nice job.
Description of Work: The walls were being pushed in on one side from frost, so they braced the walls with 18 metal posts and straightened the wall.
