Description of Work: I asked to have the company come out and give me some recommendations and ideas about water gathering in my basement. While they performed no services as this time, they described some prevention methods which I could try, and let me know that if those didn't solve the problem, they had a "next step" ready to go. I appreciated the fact that they didn't start with the "next step", rather talked me through the process, explaining how what I could do, at no charge from them, may solve my issues.

Description of Work: Support beams installed in basement-they were on time, did a great job and careful to keep the dust to a minimum. Coordination of plumber also went well and job was completed in one day! We would recommend them to friends.

Description of Work: Their estimator met with me and after looking at my problem, informed me that the cause of my wet basement wall was strictly from outside sources and advised me on how I could remedy the problem. I was extremely pleased with his assessment and will follow up with his recommendations. Other contractors could have easily taken advantage of the situation and "sold me on a bill of goods" that wouldn't have helped my problem. I felt he was very honest with me and appreciate his professionalism.

Description of Work: We had some damage to one of our walls in the basement. Paul came out and took measurements and explained our options to us. He took time with us and was very thorough. We decided to go ahead and have the work done. We had good communication with Andrea during the process in setting up the work schedule. The work crew came out on a Sunday and installed bracing. We were impressed with the work crew and the quality of the repair. I would recommend Accurate Basement Repair.

Description of Work: We have a 1950's home and the drain tile had become clogged.Accurate Basement put in all new drain tile around the perimeter of the basement.

Description of Work: I had a leak in a wall in my basement....Paul completed a review inside and outside and basically there isn't any work he would do on the wall...just needed to adjust the down spouts. He said he wouldn't recommend or complete unnecessary work. He is a great professional and would highly recommend him to others

Description of Work: Poured a patio that was suppose to be pitched for the water to drain to the front yard. Patio ended up with Pooling all along the center of the entire slab in which they said was "very common". Did not drain off of the end slab so they drilled all the way throught the last slab so the water drains under the cement. No visable sign of drainage rock at the end of the slap which I exposed. they wanted to remove 2 end pieces and repour but then charge me for items that they said they should of when they did the intitial job. Also I would have to sign a trip waiver as the exsisting sidewalk would not match up. If this was an issue while they were pouring the patio the first time I was more than available to ask or be told that there were going to be problems as which I was not consolted

Description of Work: This morning Paul visited me from Accurate Basement repair. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He assessed my basement situation both inside and out. We discussed my situation and Paul concluded I could probably handle the situation myself. I had several other contractors come out. One in particular gave me an estimate of over 6000 dollars! Needless to say I will recommend Accurate Basement Repair to anyone with basement problems. He proved trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional.

Description of Work: Owner came to my house to view our basement (which has been having mildew on walls). He did a thorough interior and exterior exam, and concluded that I did not have a structural or waterproofing problem. He gave me a few great tips on downspouts, dehumidifying and grading, He spent about 30 minutes at my house, and he charged me nothing.
