The man who did the estimate was pretty professional. So I thought I could trust this place. The place just opened up a few months ago and the building looked brand new. I was going out of town for a week and took advantage of it to get the work done. So even though they told me it was a 2-day job, they had the car for a whole week. - The finish was definitely below average. I could see some silver (my car's color) spots on the the black rubber pieces above the repair area. They obviously did not bother covering it. - I had filled up the gas tank right before I dropped it, but the tank was only 3/4 full when I picked it up!!! I always zero out the travel meter whenever I fill up, and it showed they put around 60 miles while they had it! - Once inside, the car smelled moldy. I thought maybe it was just the smell of their garage and did not care too much. But then a few days later, my kid was going to sit down on the back, and it was totally wet! (probably water...) Overall, I am just amazed there is still a place like this.
Description of Work: Minor rust repair. A few rusty spots had developed above tire wells due to winter salt.

 + -1 moreSPOKE TO THE RECEPTIONIST AND ESTIMATOR. BOTH WERE CONDESCENDING AND SNOBBISH. WHEN I STATED MY INSURANCE COMPANY REFERRED ME, THEY BECOME SLIGHTLY MORE POLITE AND LESS CONDESCENDING. I WILL NOT GO HERE FOR THE WORK.
