Not a good experience at all. Stay away from this company for snow removal services. After the 1st snowfall, it took a phone call to get someone over to plow and they showed up late that night. What a disaster that was. Half of the snow on the driveway never got removed which turned to ice and still is in the way. One of the plows dug a rut into my lawn while attempting to push snow off the driveway. It looked as if they left in the middle of plowing it. It snowed again 2 days later and again a day after that and nobody showed up even after phone calls where I was assured "it would be taken care of right away." How hard is it to clear a driveway of snow! And after the 3rd time he never showed up, he actually had the guts to tell me not to worry about payment for the 1st time he "attempted" to plow the drive. He actually thought he earned that money for something he never completed! Stay away from this company!
Description of Work: Attempted to remove snow from a 16' x 100' driveway for my rental property. Charges $35 each time.
