Description of Work: IT TOOK A WHILE FOR SOMEONE TO CALL US AND THEN MORE TIME FOR HIM TO COME AND CHECK OUT THE JOBS WE HAD. THEN IT TOOK MORE TIME TO HEAR BACK. AN ESTIMATE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED TO US AT THE END OF THIS PAST WEEK (7/23) AND WHEN I CALLED ON FRIDAY TO FIND OUT WHEN HE WAS COMING, HE ASKED IF WE COULD MAKE IT MONDAY. WE WANT THE WORK DONE AND WAITING UNTIL MONDAY WAS NOT SATISFACTORY WITH US. HE TOLD ME HE WOULD NOT DO THE JOB THEN. IN A WAY, I'M GLAD, BECAUSE I WASN'T VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE MAN THEY SENT US. WE WILL TRY ANOTHER HANDYMAN SERVICE COMPANY.

+ -1 moreJOHN ROBERT IS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, TRUST WORTHY, AND PROVIDES A QUALITY SERVICE. I WILL DEFINITELY HIRE HIM IN THE FUTURE AND RECOMMEND HIM TO MY FRIENDS!
Description of Work: INSTALLED THREE BRAND NEW DOORS AND ALL CORRESPONDING HARDWARE; DOOR KNOBS, LOCKS, HINGES, STRIKE PLATES, ETC. HE ALSO FIXED TWO OF MY DOORS THAT HAD BEEN HUNG INCORRECTLY.
