A FILLINGER INC

We needed to replace an interior hollow core door. Fillinger had the size and wood species of the door we needed to match the other doors in the house. The Fillinger employee was knowledgeable and helpful.

Fillinger's went above and beyond in helping us to research our french-style front entry doors. We either needed custom doors or specific carpentry work to rebuild our door frame. They were able to work with the specific issues we had, offer suggestions, and were able to refer M Wallace and Associates promptly to assist with the job. Due to other factors, we did not use Fillinger's for this job, but would use them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for your help Fillinger's! Your customer service was wonderful and your kindness was greatly appreciated!

Overall, it was a very positive experience! The kitchen looks great now. My daughter said, and quot;You have a new house.and quot; I contacted three contractors for my project. The contractor I selected recommended A. Fillinger. The design work started in October and we went through many revisions to be ready to start at the end of February. I reserved a spot in their production schedule even before we had finalized the plans. It was six weeks out at the time. The cabinets were delivered on the scheduled date. The cabinet doors and drawer fronts were not included in the first delivery but that protected them from damage during the installation. They did arrive at a good point in the project. The microwave cabinet had to be replaced. It exactly followed the specifications and both the range and microwave installation manuals. However, I felt the microwave was only 12-13 inches above gas burners and I felt that was not acceptable. Fillinger worked with me to reduce the price of the replacement. It was ready by the end of the project. The general contractor (Dwelling Renovations) installed the cabinets. I sometimes felt email responsiveness could be improved. I would definitely consider them again.

Our contact at Fillinger's (Rick Price) was extremely knowledgable, precise, and patient. He spent a considerable amount of time educating us about door options and was diligent with respect to measurements. Rick also provided us with names of several individuals who subsequently provided quotes for installation. Although the ordering process took much longer than expected, we were very happy with the end result ... and the fact that there were NO surprises upon installation. The door was perfect!

I bought materials for paneling. They have good quality materials, but a little expensive. I liked their services and will use the same in future

They did an excellent job and we would certainly use them again should the need arise.

We met with them to get estimates on cabinets and counter tops, as they are a custom cabinetry sight their prices were higher than what he had expected. Their product was beautiful but it was not within our budget. The service was excellent, I brought my 1-year-old who was very mobile yet the sales person was very helpful, understanding and really put me at ease.

Bob George was meticulous and listened to exactly what we wanted. We believe less is more and Bob definitely listened. He also made sure the dimensions and style of the mantel would match the rest of the room - meticulously. I would highly recommend Fillingers. If we could ever afford custom cabinets, this is where I would go.

We worked with Bob George, one of the design team members. Bob was very meticulous on his measurements and very detail oriented. He helped us with choosing reasonable upgrades and guided us to some new products that they hadn't used before (such as a new self closing door system). He was at our house approximately 4 times to measure and check on the progress. He was also attentive to any follow-up questions.

The handrail broke along my stairway and could not be repaired. The railing is old, very long, curves in three places, has rounded ends, and is not available in the same width. Fillinger was able to custom build a new one using stronger wood. They also built a shorter straight handrail with rounded ends for the adjoining stairs. They estimated it would take seven hours but it took only five and 1/4 hours which decreased my bill. The clerk politely and patiently helped me to chose the wood and hardware. They were very careful in securing it in my car when I picked it up. I highly recommend using Fillinger for mill work.

They were able to come out for the measurements, made drawings, sat down and talked over the drawings with me. They made a few changes. The door and drawer styles match my existing cabinets perfectly.

I had two knowledgeable salesmen. I am extremely happy with the ironing center. Greg made several calls to the manufacturer for me. They spent a lot of time with me on my special order for an inside door and art glass.
