+ -1 moreCHECK THE BBB ON THIS COMPANY! THE MAN WHO ARRIVED AT MY HOUSE INSISTED THAT I NEEDED TO PAY OVER $700 TO CLEAN EVERYTHING, AND THAT THE $100 DEAL WOULD ONLY TAKE CARE OF 2% OF MY PROBLEM. I REFUSED THE WORK, HE THEN YELLED AT ME AND DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE THE HOUSE. I HAD TO PHYSICALLY REMOVE HIS PERSONAL BELONGS TO GET HIM OUT. THE OWNER THEN PHONED ME REPEATEDLY, AND LEFT ME MESSAGES CALLING ME A "CHILD" AND THAT HE THOUGHT I WAS A MINOR AND SHOULD NOT OWN A HOUSE & WAS CONSIDERING REPORTING ME TO THE POLICE. HE THEN INFORMED ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME A TRAVEL CHARGE OF $78 SINCE I HAD WASTED THEIR TIME, IF I DID NOT PAY HE WOULD REPORT ME TO THE CREDIT BUREAU & WOULD RUIN MY CREDIT. WHEN THE 1ST MAN DROPPED IT OFF, HE OPENED MY MAIL SLOT AND BLEW HIS CIGARETTE SMOKE INTO MY HOUSE. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE A MAILING ADDRESS, AND THEY CHANGE PHONE NUMBERS. THEY PRESSED ME TO GIVE THEM MY CC#, AND WERE ON THE LOCAL NEWS AS PART OF A CONSUMER WATCH SEGMENT.
Description of Work: COMPANY WAS SUPPOSED TO CLEAN AIR DUCTS FOR UNDER $100.
