Customer service was very flexible and allowed me to change my appointment when an unexpected schedule change arose. The workers were on time and polite. They were careful not to cause any damage to my carpet. One item was especially heavy and cause them to call for backup help to lift it up my basement stairs. The backup workers arrive very quickly. The workers worked diligently to remove everything I needed, even helping to pull out an old pipe in my back yard. They went above and beyond the call of duty They even removed some old dehumidifiers for an extra fee (for proper disposal of hazardous fluid). I highly recommend them.

Came on time and worked diligently. Asked what I wanted removed and what I didn't. Shoveled up debris, put it in bags and removed.

They came in and looked over items then gave fair estimate. They were fast courteous.

Believe all the positive reviews! These 2 guys were prompt, polite and efficient. They hauled away a truck full of a variety of junk and gave me a fair price.

THE 2 MEN CAME IN GAVE ME AN PRICE OF THE JOB. I AGREED TO THE PRICE THEY THEN TOOK ALL THE JUNK . CLEANED UP THE SECTION OF THE BASEMENT. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO HIRE AGAIN!!!!! ALSO DRESSED VERY NICE CLEAN WORK SHIRTS THEIR WHOLE APPEARANCE WAS VERY A+ !!!!!!! ,

I called them at 9:30 in the morning and they were at my house later the same day. They wrestled a large analog 32 inch TV out of a cabinet in my living room. They also removed several other broken appliances including a wine refrigerator and 2 dehumidifiers. They were apologetic about having to pass on the charges they had to pay to dispose of the TVs, refrigerator and dehumidifers but even with these extra charges ($10 per item), the overall cost was extremely competitive. The crew was extremely courteous adn clearly had allot of enthusiasm for providing outstanding custoemr service. I will absolutely use them again and give them my highest recommendation.

No problems - moved out items quickly and without difficulty.

It was more than the $99 deal and I didn't think that I should have paid extra because it wasn't that much more than the items I had. I would suggest that if you use them to make them come there and give you a complete estimate in writing.

We received a reminder call the day before and given a time window that was reasonable. They showed up on time and were friendly, professional, and careful. They loaded the truck carefully to conserve space.(you pay by the load size). Fast and efficient, I will use them again. Better than a dumpster!

From the first telephone call to the hauling away of our old very heavy, television set, some boxes, lawn chairs, soccer net, and two old swivel chairs. They were courteous, clean, friendly, punctual and very professional in all aspects of this project.

Looked on Angies list for someone to remove freezer and matteress. Called Got-Junk and ansked about prices and their recycling policy (big issue for me). They explained how it worked and their environmental policies. Made an appointment, received a call with the day/time frame they would arrive. Came, made estimate and once agreed took my junk. I did used a Coupon from Angie's LIst, without it it would have been to expensive. Professional employees and very nice.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for $299 of junk removal for $99. The certificate was due to expire on March 31st, so I called on Thursday, the 28th to set up an appointment. I reached their main office, who asked for my zip code and transferred me to the local office for scheduling. That was Easter weekend, but they said someone could come that weekend, or they would extend the coupon into the next week. I scheduled an appointment for Monday, April 1st, between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. They called that morning to confirm the appointment, and the crew arrived at around 11. They were 2 men, they were very polite and professional. They took my coupon, showed me a sheet with their rates, explaining that the items which I had listed should fit into 1/6 of the truck, which is what my coupon covered, but they would be happy to take more if I was willing to pay the difference to upgrade to the next service level, which would have been about an additional $19. I stayed with my original amount, as I was mostly concerned with getting the larger appliances out of the house. We had an electric stove in the kitchen, which I needed to unplug before they moved it out, an extra old electric stove which was outside, covered with a tarp. We also had a large, old, non-working upright freezer in the basement as well as a microwave, old home theater unit, child's table and chair, some old door frames, and a large bag of misc. debris. In order to remove the freezer from the basement, I needed to clear a thick sheet of ice from outside of the exterior basement door so that we could open the storm door all the way. Once that was accomplished, they took the freezer and other basement items across the snow in the yard, and over a snow bank by the road to put it into the truck. They wrote up a detailed receipt, which I signed, and they were on their way. The whole process was done in about 20 minutes. I would definitely call them again.

The service was awesome. I was so impressed with them. The two young men were very professional and really cleaned up everything. There were some things they did not take for good reasons. Everything they did was great!

The two young men who came were very courteous, and did a great job. They were very efficient and were done much quicker than I expected.

I booked my appointment online and was able to get the date and the time I wanted. It was a very easy process and there were plenty of weekend appointments available. The guys were a little late (which is fine because they called me well in advance to let me know). They arrived and were polite and professional. I showed them the area I wanted cleaned and they quoted me a price. I had purchased a coupon ($99 for $200 worth of junk removal from Angies List in December). The total price was $260 and since I had purchased the coupon, I owed an additional $60. They removed my and quot;junkand quot; within 15 minutes and swept up the space when they were done. Other than the price (which I thought was a bit high), I was very pleased with the service. .My only advice to anyone wishing to use their service is to and quot;buy a couponand quot;

The type of weather in the days before the removal cause the whole sidewalk on the side of the house to be a sheet of ice as well as the hot tub being frozen to the ground! They had to try multiple creative strategies to get the job done including calling in a second team. I was holding my breath the whole time. Their team work was outstanding! Without the constant communication they could not have gotten the job done without injury to themselves. They also protected the house (gutters) and landscape and cleaned EVERYTHING up. A tough job on the best day but almost impossible on a very cold and icy day.

Called to confirm appt when they said they would. 2 men who came were very personable, professional and helpful. Came on time, took what we wanted and we in and out in less than 30 minutes. Would definitely use them again, but I would wait for a coupon - little pricey without it.

They called in advance and arrived on schedule. They were very agreeable and removed exactly what I asked them to take. They worked quickly and efficiently. They wore protective booties to walk over my carpeting. They removed items from wherever they were in the house. It went really well.

I purchased a Big Deal last December, and as we neared the expiration date I called GOT JUNK? on March 13, and we set up an appointment for Saturday, March 16. I was happy to have a weekend time for this. I received a call at the appointed time, and the guys said they were available and could be at my house in 10 minutes. They were, and Ben and Eric did a great job of quickly hauling out the items (and making space in my basement) on 3/16. They were professional, lively, and very polite. This was a great experience from start to finish. And I'm very happy with the extra space in my basement! Thanks!
