I called AAA about a possible rodent in my rental property. Steve the owner quickly called me back and was able to come out the same day. He checked into everything, did a thorough examination and was able to advise me on the next steps. He is very easy to work with, is prompt, speaks in a way that customers can understand and you can tell he takes his work very seriously and wants to help people with their problems. I would recommend and I will use again!!

When I called regarding a possible bed bug infestation, I was advised that they did not offer that service. They did answer numerous questions about the problem and offered several solutions. This included providing the names of several firms (competition) in the area that offered the service. I was very pleased that the spent so much time with me just talking about the problem and being patient. Kudos to them.

He was on time, very thorough, and well planned a management plan to eliminate the rodent entry into my house. Since his initial visit, we have not had a single mouse since. I hope to never need these services again, but if I do, I know exactly who to call!

Steve came out the day after I called him. He explained on the phone what treatment he would be using. I requested that organic pesticides be used when possible and he was able to do that. After the treatment he explained what I should expect in the next few days and answered all my questions. Everything was very professional. I will use him again.

Very pleased. Professional and knowledgable. I had a problem with flying ants. He immediately reassured me that it was not a major problem and took care of it. I'd definitely use him in the future.

Provide came to my house to do some inspection. He was very professional, and he knew exact name of the bugs. After inspection, he told me that I didn't not need to do the pest control, because those out door bugs were not harmful. There was no need to do pest control if there was no necessary. It surprised me. He was telling the truth, not persuading me to spending money. He is awesome. Strongly recommend. I spent 35 dollars and saved more than a hundred. By the way, I had another inspector come from a company provide inspection and estimation for free before. He could not tell the bug name, and gave me an estimation for pest control.

The man to whom I spoke on the phone, arrived on the same day that I called. He spent some time assessing where the ants were entering to be sure that he sprayed sufficiently to eliminate the problem.

I like him a lot. He is the consummate professional. He really knows his stuff. He wanted to analyze were these really mice before he goes in the attic. He had a little test he does about the sound. It was amazing. He got rid of the mice. They are gone. But he will be coming back in August. His rates are reasonable. I trust him. We got rid of the mice, but I do not know if that is all living in my house. I called him as I think we have something else living in the house. I think we have squirrels. He was not interested in following up. He reported to me that they just had their babies and they may be moving out. I think he is reluctant to investigate this.

I did not use this service after all.

Steve was very prompt in arranging an appointment. Was very friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain how the mice were getting in, how they live and eat, and clearing up some of the misconceptions I had about them. He did excellent follow up with two extra visits at no additional charge. The baits used were discretely placed and were designed to ensure that children, pets, and non-target wildlife were unable to eat them. I haven't seen any evidence of mice since; it appears he eliminated the problem.

I was very pleased with Steve and the service provided. I will use him again if necessary.

He delivered what he promised. He was punctual and polite. He followed up after the initial service visit and everything was fine. I haven't seen any mice since.

My experience with AAA Pest Management was very positive. During the first visit a thurough review of my home was performed. Locked bait stations were placed along the top of the wall in our unfinished basement, and bait was placed in the attic of my home. No bait stations were placed on the main floor as there was no evidence of mice activity. After treating the interior of the home, a thurough review of the exterior was performed, and possible entry points were identified. AAA pest management was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and provided me with an understanding of how / when / where mice typically enter a home, move througout a home once inside, feed, etc. Upon completion, a follow up visit was schedule for approximately one month later. At the follow up visit, the bait stations were checked and collected, and AAA Pest Management provided their opinion on the severity / status of the situation. Again time was taken to answer all of the questions I had and suggestions were provided on ways I could monitor the situation to ensure the mice issue was resolved with the treatment performed and didn't reappear over time. I felt AAA Pest Management was very knowleadgeable and will use them again as needed for pest issues.

Communication, via email, before I purchased the Big Deal, was answered very quickly and completely. Steve was exactly on time for both visits, and his inspection was very thorough - he put a lot of effort into checking places that I didn't think were viewable. His knowledge of pest behavior is impressive, and he communicates it well - translating it into clear instructions about what changes should be made to avoid problems. I was very pleased with every aspect of his services, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Very thorough examination of mouse and other small animal infestation. He did a walk around the house and inspected the sidings for any gaps. He then set up about 15 mouse baits in the basement and returned after 3-4 weeks to reexamine the situation. Very thorough work.

Everything turned out great. We were really happy with what he had to say. He came for 2 separate visits and was very thorough in explaining everything to us. We are very satisfied with his service.

I was very pleased with the job he did for us. He knew allot about the subject and will come back to spray for bugs in one month.

He arrived for both appointments on time. He was very professional and communicated a lot of information. He did a thorough inspection bot inside and outside and installed poison traps in the basement. He returned in 30 days and removed the traps that were not disturbed. He did not recommend any further service or follow-up at this time. i would definitely call him again should the need arise.

Very knowledgeable, went over the entire exterior of the house. Found 3 gaps under the siding, offered to patch them with copper mesh. Inspected attic and basement, did not find evidence of current infestation but provided suggestions in case rodents returned.

He said there were no squirrels, but he patched up the attic to keep them from coming in. I was very satisfied.

We called. They came out either later the same day or the next day, and the problem was solved. We did not call for other estimates, so I can't really say if the price was competitive, but it was worth it to have the problem solved so quickly.

They did a great job, they only had to come once, and I never saw the ants again.
