Went well. They even came back to spray again after the wood that had the carpenter ants was removed as a secondary precaution.

He came out and had taken care of it right away. The nest was killed off that day.

Steve came out and took care of the issue. He was courteous, professional and explained everything in detail. We are very happy to work with a company dedicated to green and organic solutions, plus they work! The ant nest is gone!

Steve is wonderful. He made the process clear and helped to eliminate the problem. He guarantees his work and will exterminate up to three times before any additional charges are required. I would highly recommend AAA.

Steve was very professional when I spoke with him on the phone to schedule the visit. He was able to get us scheduled quickly, and performed the extermination. We haven't seen any activity after the second day.

Noticed a small population of ant that had hitched a ride into a cabinet from something we brought home. Tech came to the house on a Saturday and at first indicated that the store bought product we had placed was good for ants and said that it might be sufficient. We still elected to have him put his bait product in the cabinet to ensure results. Ant sightings diminished to zero in a few days.

Had an issue with carpenter ants outside the house. Called a couple places who led me to believe that I needed not only an initial treatment but I would need their quarterly treatments as well. Called AAA and spoke with Steve who didn't try to sell me his maintenance program but instead discussed treating the ants only and then also talked about what I can do to prevent them myself in the future. Two days later the treatment with a 3 month guarantee was done. Wonderful man that I know I can trust!

Three squirrels apprehended and released at some other park or rural location. Cost per squirrel, gets expensive!

While replacing a broken roof vent we found some rodent droppings in the attic so I sent a message to Steve at AAA Pest Management. He replied quickly to make an appointment. He did a thorough job of analyzing both the interior and exterior of the attic, observing that it now looked well sealed after replacing the vent. He was also able to confirm the droppings that were found were from a squirrel and were quite old, and he was able to clean them up. Overall he was very friendly and professional!

Went through complete review of outside and inside. Gave us things we can also do to help long term. He scheduled follow up for mice to see how things are progressing to get rid of the mice. We had a questions about a week in and he took his time to talk through all our questions. Would use him sharing but hopefully will not have to.

The first application did not quite get them all. I called Steve and left him a VM message to tell him I was still seeing some. He responded to my call promptly and came back out for a follow-up application which seems to have done the trick. Thanks Steve!

I called AAA and spoke with Steve, who's the owner of the company (or maybe just the Milwaukee office?). He was extremely helpful. On the phone, he walked me through what could and could not be done with the woodpeckers. He told me the most likely causes of pecking, and he gave me advice on getting them to leave. All of his advice was stuff that I would do on my own. With the mouse, he also gave me some advice. I told him that I'd like to see if I can handle it on my own at first, since I had mostly been concerned with the woodpeckers. Steve was very nice about that. I will absolutely be calling AAA when the need arises. They were exceedingly helpful and friendly!

GREAT! very professional, on time. Came out the first time and told be right away that he may have to come back because there were three nests. He stated he would treat them but sometimes a second treatment was necessary. He stated if they were not gone in 3 days to call back and he would return at no charge. He did and they are good. Got a nice discount $20 with this membership. Great service and technician!

First of all, I was very impressed with how quickly Steve reached out to me after sending a message through Angie's List! Within 18 hours, Steve had called me to assess the problem and made arrangements to come out the next day. He arrived on time, was friendly, professional and very helpful. Steve provided me with a logical diagnosis and a remedy I could do by myself. He also gave me several very good explanations for other pests I had questions about (spiders, carpenter ants, concrete ants) and put my mind at ease! I was so impressed with his honesty and integrity! He could've charged me a lot of money to take care of this problem, but he provided me with some reasonable options and declined payment of any kind. You don't run across business people like Steve too often, so I am keeping his card and will be sharing my experience with family, friends and neighbors. Thanks Steve!
