Description of Work: Steve is extremely friendly and willing to come back to re-service. However, I must have an organic extermination resistant bee type because he has been here twice and the bees keep coming back. He says they are baby bubble bees. I don't think they are. They are black and white. I am going to ask for my money back and hire Batner who will exterminate and treat my entire outside of the house in order to exterminate and PREVENT future bee activity for $200.

An 'F' when I didn't even do work for this anonymous phone caller? Why would someone be compelled to give a "review" for a company they didn't even hire? Why would Angie's List accept a "review" from someone who admittedly didn't hire the company? How can a company be rated for something they weren't involved with? Why would Angie's List allow this to affect a providers reputation? Notice the ratings from members I DID work for are much different than from anonymous price shoppers.

Description of Work: I called regarding a wasp infestation in the masonry near my back door. The gentleman could see me that day after work which was perfect. He inquired where the nest was located and if I done anything to remove it. We discussed the issue and he told me exactly what he planned to do. He would blow an insecticidal powder into the entrance of the nest and allow the wasps to track it into area around the queen. This he said should take out the nest overnight and if it didn't he could come back and do it again the following day. It worked. The following morning I saw no activity going in or out of the nest and the same when I got home later that day. |I am very satisfied with the work and the professionalism in which everything was handled and highly recommend AAA Pest Management. They are in my phone list if I need this service again.

Even though this "review" shows a work completed date, please know that no work was ever performed for this anonymous telephone shopper. For some reason Angie's List allows simple phone callers to affect a service providers image, even though the shopper never schedules an appointment. I'm not sure what the benefit is to homeowners who see a 'C' rating for a telephone conversation with no details, or actual woke performed?

THE ANTS DID NOT RETURN, AND HE CAME BACK OUT AND RETREATED AN AREA THAT SHOWED SIGNS OF A DIFFERENT SPECIES WITHOUT CHARGE. WARRANTY INCLUDES ONE SPECIES FOR 6 MONTHS. ONE APPLICATION WAS NECESSARY

REGARDING CLIENT''S COMMENT OF "ALTHOUGH FEE SEEMED HIGH...": FOR CARPENTER ANT MANAGEMENT MID SIZE COMPANIES CHARGE AROUND $250, LARGE COMPANIES CHARGE CLOSE TO DOUBLE THAT AMOUNT. BECAUSE I HAVE A SMALL LOCAL COMPANY WITH MUCH LOWER OVER-HEAD, MY FEES ARE OFTEN LOWER THAN THE LARGER COMPANIES. ALSO, AS STATED, THE PROBLEM WAS RECTIFIED IN JUST ONE VISIT AND A DIFFERENT SPECIES NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY WAS ELIMINATED ON A SUBSEQUENT TRIP AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE IN GOOD FAITH.
