I called first thing in the morning and Steve was able to fit me in that day. After taking a look at my problem, Steve recommended a home remedy that I could do myself, and he didn't charge me for the service call. I will definitely use AAA Pest Management again!

He is excellent. He uses organic type of pesticides which is good when there are kids around the place. He is very mindful of kids and he has given me a lot of useful tips. The experience with him was good.

I called AAA and spoke with Steve, the owner. He was able to come the same week to treat my apartment. He said I should give it 10 days to give the treatment time to work. I did see a few more ants after his visit but none after the 10 days. I would definitely use AAA Pest Management again.

It went well. He's punctual, responsive, and efficient. We have also used him for an ant problem a few years ago and he was knowledgeable and we had no problems after his service.

I sent an e-mail to Steve (owner). He called back pretty promptly after the weekend. I will say that much. I just about fell off my chair. $225.00 less a 10% member discount! Apparently, it depends on the county you live in (his logic to charge an exorbitant ridiculous price) and that largely determines the price according to Steve (owner). I don't understand all of these glowing reports? That is if you just like being ripped off and throwing your money away like this? I don't. Maybe the work is good, but I can't justify paying that much. Hire them if you enjoy burning your hard earned $.

Steve called me back right away and gave me lots of helpful information regarding the woodpeckers and what I could do to protect my home. He explained that there were not necessarily bugs and how long to wait or take action. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely call again for help.

I had discovered two baby mice in my front living room and decided it was time to get an expert over to determine where "Mom and Dad" were and where they were coming in. I called on a Thursday night and Steve, the owner, was able to come over the next day. He was very professional on the phone and described all the possible areas that were hot spots or areas of concern for where they were both coming in and also nesting. He was willing to answer all the questions I had about the traps since I was concerned about the poison used and did not rush me during the call. He quoted me a price and explained in detail the steps he would take in resolving the issue. He was on time for his appointment and very courteous.

We were concerned about a large number of chipmunks around our house and possibly something larger due to many holes around the porch. Steve was extremely helpful both on the phone when we called for information as well as during his visit. Both on the phone and during his visit to our house, he answered all our questions and laid out several options. He was honest about what he saw concerning the holes and possible activity. He gave us useful advice about how to deal with the current situation and prevent greater numbers of chipmunks from "settling in." In the end, he advised that the best use of our money would be to buy our own traps and change the aspects that are attracting them to our yard. His honest and trustworthy expertise is unbeatable and we are recommending him to all our neighbors.

Steve came to our house, was thorough, placed bait stations, and educated us about mouse behavior. Some traps I had set we kept in place, and my wife placed some glue traps. Results: When we came back from a long trip there were six dead mice, in addition to any which took the bait and died outside the building. But two months later, I saw a mouse. We trapped that one, but we were still in the 6-month guarantee period so I called Steve and he came right out at no extra charge and re-baited the bait stations.

I called shortly after the appointed time and was told that there was nothing on the schedule, that there must have been a mix up. The person I talked to offered to come later in the day but that was impossible; after all that was the point of scheduling in advance. I had already made arrangements for the cat, and we had plans in place that could not be altered. I was very upset about such incompetency and unreliability!!!

On the first night following the setting the trap, an opossum was caught in the live trap. He came the next day and removed it and again baited the traps. He advised us on preventing future animal invasion. His price covers five daily visits over five days. He is very reasonably priced compared to the competition. It includes setting as many traps as necessary and baiting them. He removes the trapped animals and relocates them.

Steve Butler was very helpful. He quickly identified the problem a chipmunk was stuck in an interior wall. Although he couldn't remove the chipmunk, Steve offered suggestions on how to resolve the issue.

They had to come back but they were gracious to come back because they guarantee there work for six months.

Steve was very responsive to my phone call. He arrived promptly the next day at the time agreed upon. He inspected the inside and out of our home, made suggestions for mouse proofing the house come spring, and placed mouse bait throughout the basement and garage. In completing his work he thoroughly explained each step of the process. He told me it might take 2 weeks for mouse infestation to be cleared. If we saw any evidence of mouse droppings after 2 weeks, he would come back and place more bait under his 6 month guarantee. It has now been 3 weeks since his visit and the mouse problem is taken care of, in fact after only a few days we no longer saw evidence.

We had a few problems scheduling, but Steve was very helpful and informative. He set bait and discussed the source of the mice and how to seal up the house better.

Called and owner (Steve) came out next day. Checked out exterior of house for mouse entry points. Didn't find any major holes, but pointed out some possible entry places. Consulted and installed bait in basement. $175 for 1 hour. Some bait seemed high, but was lower that other company's estimates. Steve was very professional. After 2 weeks I have stopped catching mice, so I think the problem is solved.

Steve returned my call the day after I left a message. At that time I was in contact with another pest control company, but he gained my business by going out of his way to come the very same day that we spoke. Generally I wouldn't expect an ''urgent'' response for this type of problem, but he came through for us since we had extenuating circumstances with guests arriving from out of town. He gave a lot of information over the phone and negotiated a time that worked for us. He charged us half of what he quoted for each problem alone. He then had us leave for a couple hours while he sprayed and laid baits. We have only seen a few ants since Steve was here, and absolutely none in the past couple of weeks, so the problem seems to be taken care of. Steve was courteous and professional.

They responded quickly and communicated to me what was discovered and what was done. Overall the experience is what I expect from a good company.

After I called they were at my home in an hour. They were very courteous. The price was good and it was less than the other companies that I checked with. He also gave you some helpful tips on my gutters.

Friendly, responsive, punctual, thorough, knowledgeable and I like the six-month warranty. He gave me peace of mind. I'd recommend him strongly.
