Description of Work: We had carpenter ants inside our kitchen lights, but didn't figure out the location until the 2nd visit. I think he had to come 3 times, but once you pay the fee, he comes back for free for so many monthes (6?). Very helpful, and gave me some pointers for things we could do to prevent more carpenter ants from entering our home in the future.

Description of Work: Came to inspect noise in between floors. Inspected outside area, attic, and basement. Set bait in attic and rechecked weeks later. Very friendly and explained everything. Problem seems to be resolved.

Description of Work: AAA came back after I spotted a mouse in my basement. He was very thorough in searching for and sealing any potential entry points. He laid out bait and set up a follow up appt. I'm very pleased with the service and results.

Description of Work: We used AAA Pest Management over the years for: hornets, ants, mice (9/11/09). Most recently (Sept 2014), I called for hornets (yellow-jackets) that found a home in my front porch. They said that they could handle this; but suggested a way to do this myself. It worked. Good people. They're not cheap - none of them are; but very helpful, reliable, honest. Will most definitely call on them again.

Description of Work: Owner, Steve, came and sprayed for spiders, centipedes and pill bugs. He provided great information on how we can deal with these pests long-term and did not pressure us into any type of monthly services. Six month warranty included with the service so he will come back if needed at no extra charge. But, so far we have not seen a single pest since he treated. We were very impressed and will definitely be using this provider again!

Description of Work: I am not fond of Spiders, and unfortunately the environment this summer is inclined to challenge me on the topic. I called 2top Angie's list providers and I have to say that there was a significant price difference. Due to my circumstances I choose the most cost efficient option and I am so pleased with my choice! Steve at AAA Pest Management was able to address my needs. I called on day one and had an apt. for treatment on day 3. Additionally, at my request he ventured into my attic as I had been hearing some odd sounds and he identified the problem and solution. He was very professional and offered substantive advice and I envision using his services again -specifically next spring when those gross spiders present themselves again!

Told him about our concerns and he walked us through the house to show us potential trouble spots. No issues were found but he had a lot of knowledge and was more than willing to share it with us.
