The blower continued to run after the and quot;serviceand quot; man left. We went to the main office for an explanation and they suggested we put in another thermostat for $90. No suggestion of a revisit for which we had previously paid but rather and quot;we will help you over the phone to try and correct the problemand quot;. We are just 2 miles away from their office. We were charged $79 for a diagnostic fee and 1/2 hour labor (pushing the and quot;manualand quot; button and the and quot;offand quot; button) equaled $60 for a grand total of $139.00 Needless to say we will be replacing the a/c system by another company who, by the way, did not charge anything to come and look at our situation. Because of the type service we received, we were concerned if we purchased through them what kind of service in the future we would receive. We feel very much and quot;takenand quot; by this company. No, we would not recommended Rand W Heating in the future.

I was very impressed with their quality and service. The saleman was honest on their service. I would trust them to do my heating/ AC work anytime.

Fairly responsive (2 weeks to on-site).VERY Good service. VERY Expensive for the area, $129 (Prices range from $89 to $129). Local $89 service was also GOOD. Only switched due to the PRICE.

They were excellent. They were courteous and didn't make a mess. They had to reinstall a vent that they had taken out and they didn't charge me extra for that.

Their price was reasonable. They are very thorough. They did everything they said. All of it was pretty good. They are very competent. Everything was done well.

We have been using them for 20 years. They installed our heating system in the first place. They know how to maintain it and we have never had any complaints so that is why we stuck with them.

We called because the furnace in our new home wasn't working. The person who came out to our home was very knowledgable about our furnace which is a contractors brand (a Weather King) and they even keep parts in stock for them which we were surprised to find out since even our home inspector had never heard of the brand. At the time he gave us a lot of information about the appliance and some of the solutions that he had found that worked for others since nothing was obviously malfunctioning at the time. He gave us a breakdown of everything he was going to try and let us know that it would save us a few dollars if we signed up for the yearly maintenance plan with also came with a filter. He gave the furnace a good cleaning and that seemed to do the trick. It was very nice that he was able to take the time to let us know all about the furnace since we were first time home owners.

Pete, their salesman, was very responsive to our needs and informative. The unit was installed promptly and the crew cleaned up after they were finished. Great experience!!

I use them every year for services when I have issues with the furnace and everything. They are punctual, they come out and do what they need to do and I have never had problems. Their prices are reasonable and it is not a fixing situation, but a maintenance situation, so it has worked well and I have not had any issues. I would be pretty happy and I certainly will continue to use them.

I actually won the air conditioner in a drawing that they were having. They were very professional and had good products. We're happy with the systems. They have saved us a lot on electricity all ready.

They are knowledgeable. They do what I need to have done for me. Their pricing is fair.

Apparently their newest member came alone and didn't replace one of the bolts correctly and gas leak occurred. When I called their 24 hour emergency service to report the smell of gas, no one responded until after the gas company had come by to fix the leak (for free) and the company still charged for the service and no appolgy. Not only bad service but also dangerous.

The two technicians showed up exactly on time and had me explain exactly what I wanted. I had removed the cabinets before they came, so they could concentrate on ductwork and not worry about the carpentry. They then worked for four hours, without break, until the work was done. They were courteous and professional, exacting in their workmanship, and meticulous about cleaning up. They exceeded every expectation I had. I will use them again for any HVAC work I need to have done.
