They had came out and told me he could not help me. I think he didn't want to help because it was not a large enough job/money. He couldn't even help someone that is disabled and had a simple request.

Co-owner Scott Petranek came out in July consulted with my wife and I getting a feel for our likes and dislikes in plants and shrubs. Two weeks later he came back with a complete set of drawings with all plantings in place to scales and labeled. We looked over the plans for a couple of days made some minor changes and put down a deposit. He was quite willing to use any plants we currently had if we wanted. About 3 weeks later a three man crew arrived and stared tearing out the old landscaping and within in 2 1/2 days the old was out and new was in and mulched on all four sides of the house. There was an issue with three plants of ours we were going to use and just add 2 more of the same to make a 5 plant grouping. However, he could not find 2 to match ours so got 5 new ones and worked our 3 into another location. The crew was knowledgable, professional and helpful. Always willing to stop their work to answer questions. An amazingly pleasant experience. I would do it again in a heartbeat.
