Everything went well. Bob always does good work and is reasonably priced.

He was fine, did what I asked him to do. He was polite and I would use him again. He was very nice and he would call me back right away.

They came right out. The guy who came out was very informative and I liked him a lot. I would use his services again. I chose him because he had good ratings online. He said that it was going to cost $400 and he only charged me $100, but I think he will come back for another treatment. So the total would be $400. Overall they were excellent.

I called Bob from All Pest Control in May, as there were carpenter ants upstairs. If you have ants in your house in February or March, then you have got some kind of internal problems, as ants are usually dormant. Bob came out promptly and he gets back to you if he is unable to come. He lets you know right away as to when he can come back again. I like him because he uses no odor chemicals and he does a really good job. I also figured out the cause of the problem and took care of it. I had him come out in April before we went to Italy. He didn't take advantage of anything, as he probably thought that he didn't need to spray. The price charged by him was extremely reasonable, as he sprayed all the way around the house and also inside the house. If need be, then I would use his services in the future as well. I found out that there was a bunch of rotting wood beneath the upstairs bathroom floor and I ripped that out.
