UPDATE 1/14/25: I made an earlier review which can't be changed, so I want to update it. All work was done to my satisfaction. There was just mis-communication between Empire and me coupled with a very stressful time. I would reccomend them-the work was very good. ORIGINAL COMMENT: I would NOT hire them!! They tore off the wrong siding from my house. The workman tried to lie about it. Despite MANY MANY promises and never call backs it still is not fixed. Their "Manager" would never call back when she said she would. A "crew" would never show up when I was told they would be here. Scam Alert!

I just had Empire Home Remodeling complete both a window and bath project for my home. The process was painless and we are so happy with the finished product. The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. The crew completing my project was professional and efficient. Overall I am completely satisfied and wish I had started this project sooner.

Alec was very friendly and knowledgeable. He appeared to believe in the products he was presenting. Based on his information, friendliness, and willingness to answer any questions, we were able to make an immediate decision. He spent several hours with us and took his time even though he had an hour drive home from our residence. He is very friendly and easy to work with!

We met with several window replacement vendors before meeting with Alec from Empire Home Remodeling. He was very knowledgeable about most of the replacement window companies in the area and their products, as well as being very friendly. The pricing at Empire was comparable to what we had already received, but his demonstration of the energy-savings and their warranty closed the deal. We recently had 27 windows replaced by Empire. The customer service leading up to installation made me feel like our decision to go with Empire was the right one. The windows fit perfectly. Their installation team was top notch, and it was evident that they were very experienced.

I met with several different companies and I felt that this product was superior to all the rest and at a lower price. I was able to get exactly what I want at a reasonable price. Empire home remodel is a family friendly company with great products for windows and doors. We purchased windows and a sliding door from them 2 years ago and have loved them since. Working with their sales rep Alec to get a front door now. Definitely recommend!!!!

Alec was very professional when he came to give us an estimate on a door install. Alec took his time with us to make sure we were happy with all of the finishes on the door and he was great at explaining the quality of their doors. I am confident in this company and was able to sign the contract today. I will refer Empire Home Remodeling to friends and family and will be confident in using them for any future projects that I will need done.

The Window installation Crew was phenomenal! They showed attention to detail,were considerate of their surroundings and cleaned up after completion of the project. Raphael and his crewman were awesome! I highly recommend Empire Home Remodeling from the start with Darren Hill the very knowledgeable and engaging sales person extraordinaire! To the completion with followup by Megan who handles the project management.

Alec came to our home and was a true professional throughout the visit. His prices were better than the rest and we felt confident enough to sign on the dotted line today.
