Empire has been great from sales to install. Educated sales pitch from Alec personalized to our needs, and install team was quick and polite. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend. Planning to use them again for any future work!

Met with Alec about 3 windows. He was so enthused and confident about the windows his company sells, we agreed to go with them. Price was good, time out for delivery seemed good. Alec was very easy to work with, explained everything we needed to know. Thanks and can't wait for the windows.

We have not started our project yet, we have just contracted them to replace 2 large picture windows on our house. Alec came to our home to give us a quote and was extremely thorough in explaining the product options they have available. We were very impressed with his extensive knowledge. He spent much more time with us than the other company we received a quote from. Alec saved us some money by recommending only partial reframing. I had assumed because of rotted wood on the sills that the entire window frame would have to be replaced, but he determined that was not necessary in our case. He was very personable and the company seems trustworthy. We are excited to work with Empire on our home improvement project!

I've been having trouble finding a Windows company interested in replacing just 2 garage windows. Seems it is too small of a job for them to bother with. One company even went so far as to say they'd do the job but would charge me the labor for an entire house. Needless to say I was a bit skeptical when Anthony called from Empire Home Remodeling. We talked and he convinced me to let an Empire rep come out to measure the windows and give me a quote. Alec came out the next morning and showed me all of my options, though I explained I really wanted the least expensive windows I could get for a 50yr old garage. While the final cost was more than I'd imagined it was $100's less than my other quotes, so I'm happy (if only a bit old and outdated). I've given a 4 star rating for now, and will wait for the final product before bumping to 5 stars.

They really go after you for the sale but after the sale is made they really fall apart. I got an email that my windows were ordered over a week after I ordered them, and an email 5 or 5 weeks later saying they came in. It took them another month to install them. Nearly all the quotes I got were the same but Empire used ?sign now? tactics to get my sale. If I could go back I would not have signed for the small discount and I would have gone with another company offering the same price with no pressure. My windows are fine and the subcontractors that they sent to install them were friendly.

I had Empire Home Remodeling out for a free quote along with five other companies. My project was a two-part project-1st to replace 2 patio doors then 2nd to replace all the windows in my home. After listening to all the sales reps Empire was the 1st quote and the one that I went with. Dontay, the sales rep was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient. He went over many different options for me to choose from. Explained everything in detail and answered all my questions I had. I am extremely happy with the doors. The doors are top quality and the service from the sales rep Dontay, the scheduling team to the installers are top notch. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I will be moving forward with them to replace my front entry door and all the windows in my home.

Empire Home Remodeling replaced a bathtub with a walk-in shower in my home. Their attention to detail and client satisfaction is excellent. They made sure that all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. I highly recommend Empire and look forward to working with them again on future projects.

Outstanding product and customer service. Professional and personable from start to finish. They showed up on time, as promised, and replaced all 20 windows in our home over the course of 2 days. Existing windows were in bad shape. Then installer said he would correct the situation and make everything right. He did just what he said.

We had a great experience with Empire installing new replacement windows in our house. The windows are great quality and the installation was excellent. The installers were professional, courteous and did an excellent job installing the windows and cleaned up all debris. They also wiped down the windows before leaving. The sales, office and production staff communicated what was happening and the ETA for the job and verified that all our needs were met. I would definitely use Empire again for other projects in the future. Great job!

Do not use these guys. I hired them for a simple patio door and kitchen window replacement. The salesman told me it would be done in a few hours. They had to fire the first crew because they left and never finished the job. They sent a different installer out a week later to finish. 2 months later, the new window will not latch and I discovered 2 storms they **installed** were hanging uncaulked by a couple of screws. They sent out someone to look at the window and he recommended replacing the sashes. The guy was also supposed to complete installing 2 storm windows that were left hanging by a couple screws by the original crew. Of course, he did not have any screws with him! 6 weeks later he returned with new sashes (after I called them, they never call me). They made the window problem worse. The guy said they would get the manufacturer involved. When I called to check status a couple of weeks later, the scheduler knew nothing about it and the fact that the window was not fixed. It is now several weeks later and I have not heard from them at all. Oh I forgot. After I posted my first review, some guy from Empire called me and tried basically tried bribe me to take it down. Judge for yourselves.

Empire Home Remodeling just completed the installation of all 13 windows on my 1960s ranch home. I am SO very pleased with the end result of this project and the fantastic people from Empire that I had the pleasure of working with. From sales through installation everyone met my expectations and then some. I was treated with courtesy and respect, things were explained to me and followed through and I feel I have an beautiful set of new windows for a very fair price. I will definitely use Empire again in the future for other home projects!

This company was amazing! the work was done really well and quieter and faster than I had expected! the entire team was very responsive to our needs and any changes that we made to the project! I can not say enough how wonderful our experience was! We had work done a few years ago by a supposed reputable company and they did a terrible job and would not stand behind their work. Empire Home Remodeling came in and in less time and mess they removed the other companies work and redid it all with a very high level of skill. The entire staff was great to work with and help restore our faith in contractors. Thank you all for a job well done!!!!

Empire just replaced all the old siding on our house with a beautiful new color with white trim. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable, the work was done quickly, and the house seems tighter in the cold winds this winter! Good to work with and I would use them again.

Great people to do business with!

We highly recommend Empire Home Remodeling because of the beautiful job they did on our home. Empire installed all new siding and replaced 16 windows and made a new cut-out in the living room. We are truly impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the workers. We got several quotes before choosing Empire and find ourselves lucky to have made the right choice. The owner, Melissa, was at our home almost every day while the work was ongoing to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, and she always responded to our calls. The sales staff gave us expert info on all the available choices and really listened to our concerns. Measured twice, cut once is a good motto which Empire follows. Several unknown complications arose from removing the existing double layers of siding, and the staff kept us informed of every step of the way got our advance approval for everything. The clean-up was thorough. This was a big investment in our home and we now have the nicest house in our neighborhood, worth every penny. We are so happy that we are also having Empire put up new doors and will keep them in mind for further work as well. Maybe the garage next.

The installers did a good job

This spring of 2020 I had all 24 windows of my 1990 colonial saltbox home replaced. I found Empire on HomeAdvisor and chose them because of their reviews. While Empire leads with their vinyl windows, I wanted something more for my home... since they sell many different manufactures, I went with Pella Architect Series. First the price was lower from Empire than it was from Pella of Wisconsin. The most important part of getting new windows is the installation (assuming you got the right windows). The team lead by George K were absolutely outstanding. George always took his shoes off in the house, to was meticulous in detail, he takes pride in his work and expected that from the team he worked with. My garage was cleaner when they left from when they found it (sweeping up). He made sure it was done right! That's what you want on your house. Melissa the owner stopped by a few times to check on the work. She's really easy to work with. She knows from experience that "something" unexpected will happen and she assured it would be handled. Well "something" did happen, we got a damaged window from Pella and there was one window that was the wrong size. Melissa and George immediately handled it and fixed everything. Empire is a local business, not a national chain. I'm very happy with the outcome... and I'm one of those picky Engineering types! Great Job Melissa, George, Lenny and team behind the scenes!
