 + -1 moreJust a great find -they have a corner of this hardware store as their Time Center. Had several employees working. They did the work as I waited and had a nice choice of replacement bands to pick from. Lots of other watches and clocks to purchase, too. Professional, knowledgeable, reasonable. So glad I found them.

 + -1 moreI think the quality of the work was good. I was disappointed with the service though. They had indicated that they had a man who did this work for them and that he would be in a couple days after I delivered the trimmer to the store. Then things went into a black hole. When I followed up after 10 days or so, the person on the phone seemed irritated that I was calling to get a status. He was unable to provide one and unhappy when I asked if he could check into it. He promised to call back and never did. So I had to call again days later and then I was informed that the trimmer was ready. No one had bothered to call to tell me that. I have been using this hardware store for years and generally very satisfied. It seems though that recently the quality of the staff has declined. I am not yet ready to give up on them however. They will continue to get my business because of their location and past quality levels. I would suggest, however, that if you use them for servicing power equipment, make sure you provide a cushion of time for the work to get done. They are not organized for what I would consider a prompt turnaround time.
Description of Work: My gas grass trimmer was not working and I took it in for repair and tune-up.
